I cannot say enough good things about Dr Duffin and his team. They are professional but always kind and caring. When you arrive for your appointment do not expect to wait. Unless there is an unexpected emergency, Dr Duffin will be there and ready,. I have been dealing with an enlarged prostate for some time and recently Dr Duffin recommended a cautionary biopsy to check for cancer. He is very knowledgeable and always seems to have my best interest at heart. When the results of the biopsy came in, he called me late on a Friday to let me know the results so I would not be waiting all weekend. That is something you don't see near as often today as when I was growing up. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I did not care for him and will never return. I feel like he is knowledgeable but just did not go the extra mile to help me, or just did not know how to help my condition. If you question him or state you do not understand he gets an attitude and doesn’t really answer the question. His staff with the exception of those in the front office are hateful. I felt like a cow being herded through the gate at a cattle auction.

I had a negative experience that I have already addressed with the office.I switched to Clarksville Urology with Dr. DeLaurentis and love it.

I had a large kidney stone over the holidays. The Emergency Room doctor assigned me to the Urologist on call. I was sent home even though I was still in pain. I called that Urologist’s office and told them I was to call them. They never called me back even though I spoke with someone there 3 times.I walked into Dr. Duffin’s office and asked to be seen. They saw me right away and 4 hours later my stone was gone. Dr. Duffin did the surgery that day even though it was not his operating day. I can’t tell you how much better I felt, being treated professionally, quickly, with compassion and being treated like a family member. I never write reviews but now that I was seen in follow up, I felt compelled to do this. If you need a great doctor and great staff helping you, call them. He went to Georgetown University School of Medicine and you know they put out great doctors.

Amazing Doctor! preformed my mothers surgery same day I called. I wish when I took her to the ER they would have referred me to him instead of whoever was on call. I’m glad I found him! Very professional, gets things done! Doesn’t sit around and wait, was prior military so that’s probably where it comes from. Would 100000% recommend!
