The staff was friendly and fast. I was toldon the phone the wait was 1.5 hours but walked in and was seen within 30 minutes. Great people!!

Due to covid 19 process it takes a Lil longer. But it was worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and made sure I understood each step I needed to take to make my visit quick and easy as possible.

I normally have a great experience here but I took my daughter here tonight and really did not like the doctor that seen us. She was rude and in my opinion is not good with kids at all.

Went just before 4:30 and was told the providers weren't seeing anyone else today. I asked, aren't you open until 5? The person at the front desk said yes, but they aren't seeing any more patients today. Also, there was nobody else in the waiting room. So I called the Tinytown location and they said as long as you're here before 5 we can see you. Got there at a quarter to 5 and was seen very quickly. Not sure why I was turned away at this location before the office closed.

Use to be in and out of this place. I did not make an appointment but it is also an urgent care so I would think this would be a faster process. I got here waited an hour in my car with 3 kids, they finally text me now I’m waiting another hour with 3 kids. After 30 mins in the room the nurse comes in to get vitals and says the doctor will be with you shortly, shortly means over 30 more mins I guess.if you’re in a hurry do not go here.

It was a very good experience, for me and my son everything that the nurses told us that they were going to do was on time and they made us to feel at home you know,I mean they were really nice to us.

Staff very professional and kind. The wait was long but that is to be expected. I did appreciate there is an app that shows you the waitlist!

Only giving two stars do to the Doctor being completely useless. Went there because of fever, swollen ear, and ear pain. Pulled my ear, looked inside my mouth and ear. Said" it's not an ear infection." And that's it!The nurse and the lady at the counter were supper friendly, helpful, and obviously do more work than the doctor.

The staff is professional and friendly. They were able to recommend an alternative option when I was in pain and helped me quicker than my PCP could get to me.
