Although the staff was nice, the wait was very long and my son was misdiagnosed. Took my 1 year old in and they tested for strep and covid, then told me that it was just a cold and to wait it out. Didn’t bother to test for the flu or RSV. Ended up in the ER a few days later because he was flu positive with a dangerously high fever and pneumonia.

Dr. Tammy was very helpful with figuring out what was going on with my 9 month old son. All of the staff from the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor were very pleasant and nice. I did not have a long wait and the check in process was smooth and quick. Would highly recommend the urgent care to anyone.

The ladies were so nice to my son and helped fill out paperwork cause doc was ready for him. I've never had such a great experience at any hospital nor urgent care before. Thank you ladies for being so great even though was late
