I suggest if you feel like you are sick or hurting you don’t come here . The receptionist probably won’t be bothered to even look up or answer any questions . I literally just left after waiting 10 minutes for her to get off the phone. This is a walk in clinic it doesn’t mean you can treat people like they don’t matter . I don’t mind waiting but when the front desk person just acts like your a bother by being there then I may as well go to the emergency room ? I liked urgent team much better this new company I can’t recommend especially if your looking for actual care .

Front desk receptionist is no help at all. Refuses to answer phone calls, and makes excuses to not look up activity of this chain of clinics.

I have been dealing with my sciatica nerve on and off for sometime now. Since moving to Clarksville 3 years ago I have frequent Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care for my sciatica issue. Upon receiving a steroid shot and a couple of prescriptions, I've always bounced back pain free for several months or longer. However a week ago I visited Urgent Care & received the same treatment as always and it did not help. Upon calling Urgent Care and speaking with the nurse I returned the following day. Not only did I received a different type of steroid shot but X-rays were taken & the problem was found for the cause of all that was going on & multiple steps were put into play to get me on my way. That is much more than my actual primary care did when I told him of my issue. Thanks to Acenssion St Thomas Urgent Care, I am well on my way to get the problem fixed. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs care. The staff are all very friendly and well knowledgeable. Thanks again to all those that listened when I spoke.

I got right in. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and PA were very friendly and professional. I was taken care of in a timely manner. No issues whatsoever. Would not hesitate to return.
