Unpleasant actually told me he could not help me. I felt like he ran unnecessary tests. One would think after having total hip replacement 4 days prior in bed most of the time and acknowledging no falls or injuries my issue in lower back was due to spasms. Also who tests urine when it runs down your bottom into bed pan anything could show up . Spent more time trying to have me shipped to my Dr. in Nashville after numerous times telling him nothing is wrong with my hip. Due to him and comments from other staff last time Ill go to Greenview guess Ill have to go to Medical Center. Service date 121419 BA in Bowling Green

Extremely rude. Zero compassion. Bedside manner of Satan. Was unfamiliar with a common medication used to treat my mothers disease. Mustve gotten his license out of a Cracker Jacks box. I had reservations about bringing her to Greenview Hospital but she was in too much pain to take her to Nashville. This will be the LAST TIME we give these jokers a chance. Its the same old song and dance every time. You sealed the deal Mugleston.....no more Greenview for us.

Rude and condescending. He walks into the room with a preformed opinion of the patient before ever laying eyes on them. Lacks kindness and bedside manner.
