Listens to patients and takes them seriously. The first doctor in a while to not blame my symptoms on anxiety.

Dr clairmont himself is good with me n my daughter. Its that other doctor dr. King. Im not sure of his position there but dr clarimont keeps saying she needs to see him but i have never seen this man EVER!! My daughter had tubes put in and tonsils n adenoids taken out back in 2016. So after a few follow up appointments dr clarimont decided she was good on his end but now its time to have dr king have a look at the situation. Every time a few days before her appointment i get a call saying the appointment is canceled n she need to reschedule. The 1st 2 or 3 times they had days ready for me but when the time came it was an excuse why the appointment was canceled. This been going on since 2017 to the point i just told them to take her off and dont worry about it. So now this yr her doctor find a. Weird hole in her ear and sent her to an audiologists. They then referred her back to ear nose n throat we see clairmont he said she need to see dr king. We set an appointment. A few days before the appointment i get a call saying he had a family emergency and they will call me back with a new appointment. 2 weeks ago. Normally if a doctor office wants to see you they will have the next nearest appointment when they call

Was referred to this doctor for my wife to get tubes in her ears. The first appointment was basically a meet and greet. Today we went in to do hearing test and to order blood test and xrays. After giving my wife attitude on it has to be done now or she can’t have the surgery my wife left the office and came back to our vehicle where I was waiting for her. Because of our other 2 appointments scheduled for today we couldn’t comply with the appointment they made for my wife without consulting us first. So I took her paperwork and went back to the office and explained what was the issue and to try to get a remedy. I told them this is being rushed and is being handled sloppy and we need to slow down. The woman I was speaking to, the owners wife, snatched the paperwork out of my hand and said to go find someone else to do the surgery on her. At that point I lost it on her because she assaulted me. I told her that was no different than me snatching her purse off her shoulder! I told her she either puts the paperwork back in my hand and apologize or I would call the cops and have them handle her. The end result was the husband, he’s the doctor, stepped in and decided not to treat anymore. I let him know what I thought of his wife and the complete lack of respect, especially when it all stemmed over a miscommunication between her and us over why did my wife couldn’t get her test done in the time frame they wanted it done. This office is run by the most disrespectful husband and wife duo I’ve ever meet. I strongly suggest if you’re looking for an ENT that you go else where. This business isn’t worth a damn.

Not organized, first floor doesn't have sign tells you which doctor on that floor or other floors, when I got there doors are locked you have to call , in order to let you in, I felt that I'm in homeland security office, after all that efforts the office is closed, they called the wrong number to inform me, they just destroy my day.

Read further down for my horrible experience with the office staff. Dr. Clairemont himself is kind and clear in his explanations. He did an exceptional job on my sons ear surgery. He quickly identified my TMJ that I didn't know I had. All staff in the back were kind and explained ENT info to me well, and patiently! I encountered one VERY VERY rude receptionist. I was called from the office waiting list to see if I might want to come in the next day rather than wait until my scheduled appointment a few weeks from then. I accepted the offer, masked and gloved up, and went into the office for my appointment. The VERY exceptionally rude receptionist (black hair, in her 40's, Northern accent, maybe New York) said that she couldn't find my appointment paperwork and if someone had made an appointment for me it would have been in the stack next to her. I asked if she could ask around, she refused at first until I persisted. She wasn't going to let me be seen that day until I asked to speak to a manager. She changed her tune, didn't get the manager but got the job done. I was shaking I was so angry. I didn't want to be there any longer than absolutely necessary because the caronavirus had just emerged in America a few weeks prior. I got stuck there for over an hour because of horrible office communications and it was a very unpleasant time just waiting in the possible Rona ridden office room reflecting on the fact that they called me to reschedule then nearly REFUSED to see me. It's not easy finding babysitting the day before an appointment mind you. Also, 3 times in the past 2 years the office called me to say they needed to reschedule my appointment that was a few days from then. One of the times the schedule change was due to the audiologist. The other two they didn't say. I'm still giving albert clairemont 5 stars because he and his assistant/nurse with the red hair are AMAZING! Especially after dealing with the horrible management from what I've just read from other people's reviews. You deserve a raise Dr. Clairmont and red headed SWEET nurse! 👏

So thankful for Dr. Clairmont! He truly is a wonderful doctor. Takes time to listen, actually cares about his patients, and solves the problem!! No other ENT around could beat him!!

Very disappointed with how the office is unorganized and dr clairmont is unprofessional. The office never does what they say i have to keep calling to try to get anything done and still nothing. Dr clairmont said one thing was wrong then said the office had it wrong and now he doesn't know what's wrong with my throat. I'm looking for a 2nd opinion now. This office staff and Dr is beyond ridiculous! Not a happy patient!

Dr. Clairmont is AMAZING!!!! He is definitely one of the greatest doctors. Dr. Clairmont not only listens and explains clearly everything he is going to do he also uses care in doing so. He is also very good with my son who is special needs. The county/city needs more doctors to follow his lead in patient care.

Dr. Clairmont is professional but very friendly. He has a good sense of humor which makes the visit nice in spite of what I have to have done. He has checked my sinuses for infection, something my previous ENT doctor didn't do. He had me get a biopsy of my thyroid and referred me to a surgeon. He is just on top of my health issues and that's a good feeling

Dr Clairmont was wonderful to my daughter during a very tough time for her. She had a sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, tubes in her ears and her adnoids removed all in one go. He always made her laugh and smile. She really liked the visits with him and that made the process that much easier. My youngest is going to have to have a tonsillectomy and I couldn't imagine taking her any where else.
