This office does not honor appointment times. This disrespect of my time, along with the last session being more physically and mentally HARMful.... than helpful... led me to stop supporting this business. During my first session I waited 25-minutes after my scheduled time, the second was 30-minutes, the third was 35-minutes and my final appointment was 50-minutes. I kept returning because he was helpful and effective those first three sessions, and in the back of my mind I hoped that he would be on time, to respect my time. During that last appointment when 35 minutes had gone by and knowing there were three people still ahead of me, I addressed this tardiness this with the scheduler to learn why they didn't tell me he was this far behind - and I was met with a disregarding comment, like "oh we don't know..". Of course they know. She is the scheduler it is her job to know. When I said to the schedule and the office manager that it is not good customer service to make me wait this long without notifying me - I was met with hostility from the manager saying how the community loves them - they have good Google reviews!! The hostility took me back - but I needed the adjustment so I backed down, calmed both of these ladies down by acting submissive, and got in a room to wait longer... for the doctor. When I addressed this tardiness directly with the doctor he said he only blocks out 15-minutes for each person, but he will go over that time frame if he needs to help a person more. I told him that him that, "giving away my appointment time is a trend, as he was consistently late for my four appointments." To be helpful, I made the suggestion that he should block out 20-minutes instead. He said if he blocked out 20-minutes, he may have to wait in-between patients and he would rather make his patients wait instead. Along with that... he said it my fault I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time because I "waited to schedule an adjustment until Friday". I thought---What? ---I'm already in physical pain, now he's insulting me and making me feel mental stress on top of that?---- Wow. No cool.

In my opinion, Dr. Rahamut is the best Chiropractor in Cleveland, TN! You go in feeling like your body has been beat up by stress and leave feeling relaxed, exhilarated, & energized! It's an awesome experience!

New to the area since June. Finally got in for an adjustment in November and couldn’t believe the difference in one visit. Dr. Rahamut takes the time with you and really gets you feeling better. Previously chiros would have me in the office 2-3 times a week for several weeks before I’d notice improvement.
