List of Brenda Snowman's Reviews
I want to start off by saying what a HORRIBLE STAFF they have. The lady’s in the front that check you in are ALWAYS rude. The wait to go into the back is ALWAYS 35-40 minutes but if you’re more than 5 minutes late they won’t see you. So you better have at least 3 hours free to be able to go to an appointment here. I seen Dr. Snow and Dr.Ashcraft. Dr.snow disregarded all of my issues and told me “you’re worrying too much.” Dr. Ashcraft was ALWAYS IN A RUSH. I had a tooth pulled out at 33 weeks, & I had gotten a dry socket. I cried to Dr. Ashcraft about how much pain I was in and he said he would see me and describe me something. The visit lasted about an hour (Most of it in the waiting room) and then he prescribed me pain meds. Me NOT being a dr and not knowing any better, I took the pain meds. I had a scheduled c-section for 37 weeks due to having only preemies before hand (26wk preemie) and when I had my son, he was 92 degrees and was withdrawing from opioids! The PAIN MEDS THAT THE DR GAVE ME. So now CPS was in my hospital room 3 hours after having my son saying they were going to take my baby unless I could prove it was prescribed. I had my mother go home and get the prescription which I ended up showing to CPS. DR. ASHCRAFT PRESCRIBED ME VICODIN AND TYLENOL WITH CODINE IN MY THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY. JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I HAD MY SON. MY SON STAYED 92 degrees for 4 days. And then started having heart problems due to withdrawal. I had a baby addicted to Opioids due to dr. Ashcraft. Do NOT trust them with you or your baby.
My experience was really bad because I went for her to give medicine for my excess prolactin hormone she made me do two times labs and cost me a lot of money and by the end she refused to prescribe me the medicine and I told her that I needed it but she didn’t care I would never recommend this doctor to anyone
Would not recommend. She made assumptions instead of asking me what I wanted. She also made an insulting remark about my intelligence at a time when I was already in shock because I was experiencing a chemical miscarriage for the first time. After I was done, I excused myself to the restroom to cry. I did not feel heard.
Nothing but good things to say!
Very unconcerned for women dealing with high risk pregnancy. Staffing has poor communication with clients, VERY VERY unprofessional! They deserve to be closed an charged for neglect on unborn fetuses!
I have been going to Ocoee OBGYN for 28 years. Dr. Snowman delivered my son. She delivered my daughter's stillborn. She was very kind and sympathetic during this very traumatic experience. Dr. Snowman is not from the south. She is from out east; and what seems to be uncaring is just a business-like attitude. She is honest and no- nonsense. I am from Chicago and get the same comments about my nature. I mostly see Michelle Davis, and I absolutely love her. She talks to and listens to everything you say. The only negative thing I can say is their attitude on payment. I owe them 49.00 and they won't let me come in for my annual until it's paid. I lost my job due to Covid and can't afford it right now.
Good place to go.
Verbally abusiveVerbally abusive and act like she didn't have enough time for me and act like she didn't have enough time for me
Worst person I’ve ever met in my entire life. She doesn’t care about you or your family.
Miscarriage Very rough & uncaring. She could’ve made me miscarry with all the stress & anxiety she caused.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
