Everyone has been exceptionally kind and very helpful. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors, I’ve never experienced such kindness and CARING from a better group of people. I highly recommend Castle Dental of Cleveland, TN on Paul Huff Pkwy. Oh, and they’re AFFORDABLE!

The dentists are great, do great work! But Beth in the office is condescending and rude to me. It makes me uncomfortable every time I check in or go to pay my bill because there is always a snarky or inappropriate comment and several times I’ve had to get my insurance on the phone to confirm the amount she’s allowed to bill me. It costs nothing to be kind to patients when visiting and something should be done about this imo. Again the dentists and work is great, but it’s the check in/check out process that needs an attitude change!

Trying to get a partial Have been trying for 3 months Delays every step Was not told about all charges involved in getting a partial from them. Was hit with a $1500 charge without being told upfront. Partial had to go back to the Lab 2 times for correction. Should have stayed at Aspen.

Never had a great(stress and anxiety freeish)dental experience in my almost 50 years around the sun until these great guys and gals at Castle dental in Cleveland. They are all Saints that deserve to never be stuck in traffic, ever. If corporate reads this, raises, promotions, vacations, bonuses all around, repeat this atmosphere in all your offices. Saints I tell you. Saints.

My grandson had over 8,000 in dental work done here. Between insurance and us helping all bills have been paid. After many months the dentures are trash and all he gets is a run around. Now some collecter is calling him and threatning him. And still their work has not been fixed. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Was on time, waited 2 hours, watched other patients who arrived after I did go in before me. Girl in office laughed when I complained about soap in my mouth from in x-ray bit, Dentist didn't know the difference between a receding gum and a cavity, (unless he was trying to jack price,) wanted to charge 4000.00 more than previous quote from same insurance, overcharged $15.00 and offered to make it up on next visit. lol. There won't be one. Placed sucked.
