Went there for my mammogram . . There was not a drop of hand sanitizer anywhere …during a Pandemic. I asked about it and was told management wasn’t happy about how much they had been spending on it so they stopped providing it. The kind young man that registered me in did offer to let me use what was apparently his own personal bottle which he kept in a drawer. The rest of my experience was good. But…not providing sanitizer in a Medical officefacility during a pandemic is in excusable.

My experience getting a mammogram at Cleveland imaging was fine. My issue is that I called ahead to determine what the self pay cost would be for a 2D mammogram. I had never paid out of pocket before so I did not know. The person who answered the phone had to inquire with someone 3 times before giving me the price. She finally told me $180.00. I specifically asked if that included the fee to the radiologist. Her answer was “yes.” I showed up paid my $180 got my mammogram and not one person told me there would be further charges coming. Surprise I just received a bill in the mail for nearly $700 So in total it will cost me nearly $880 to have the test run that I was told would cost $180. It just would have been nice to have all the facts.I would like to adjust my review. The customer rep contacted me and apologized for the billing error. I do not actually owe anything. I appreciate Bo for his sincere apology. He also let me know about a discount I can receive for scheduling a mammogram in October for any other time in the year. Thanks Bo for making this right.

They are amazing. The technician Mark was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Made my procedure easy. SUPER calming and accommodating to patients

Although I dont enjoy tests procedures scans... The front office staff were very nice efficient and speedy. I didnt have to wait long and the tech and her assistant were extremely nice and caring. I am clostrophobic and have issues with these things sometimes and they were super nice and understanding about it and helped put my mind at ease.

If I could give less than one star I would. These are the most uneducated individuals on the planet. They have no idea what the word customer service actually means. They are a total cluster. My doctor had to send them the orders four times and even then it wasn’t until I called the management and at that point they found the correct order. I also told him at that point I wouldn’t go to them if my life depended on it because if they couldn’t do something that simple I sure don’t need them doing an MRI on me Stay away if people are that ignorant you don’t want them doing medical procedures on you

This place is totally messed up. My Mother is needing a Cat Scan done and we set the appointment up almost two weeks ago for this. Her appointment was tomorrow Friday I called today to insure all was OK and was told they have not yet processed the authorization for the Cat Scan that the appointment would have to be rescheduled.To call each day to see if it has been approved. I ask if someone there could call me back when the approval goes thru and I was told no I had to call back each day to check. My Mother is having problems and the her Doctor needs this Cat Scan to determine whats wrong. Cleveland Imaging is so incompetent they can not get simple paper work done. I hope there is nothing serious wrong with my Mother.

Mandy greeted me at the front and was quite polite. She clearly has the right personality to be the first person to interact with patients to set the tone. She kindly retrieved a wheelchair for me as I was hobbling with a makeshift crutch due to an ankle injury. Service was prompt and everyone was friendly. I see several complaints about a mask requirement. It should be obvious that masks are an expectation and you as an individual should be happy to take a simple step that may protect those around you. To expect not to be required to wear a mask in a medical facility at this point is neither reasonable nor realistic.Regardless thank you Cleveland Imaging for good service.

My mother was there for a CT scan. The staff was great and took excellent care of her. Being in a wheelchair and needing extra help and time made her calm and relaxed.

I went there for an MRI on my back only 2 employees there they took me in the back I changed into the gowns the lady took me back to the machine ask me to get in never explained any thing about the poping and cracking and loud noises so I got in and the test started and then all the cracking and poping started and it scared me all kinds of things going through my mind not knowing if that was normal when the test was over was supposed to get another one on my back I told the lady no way I was getting out of there I was flat on my back for a long time I asked her if she would help me up she said no she was not helping me up I finally managed to get up I only had socks on soon as my socks hit the slick tile floor I almost fell I was so mad when I left there I will never go back there again the lady with tattoos was very RUDE
