I personally love Dr. Chastain but the office is ran completely terrible. It takes 20 minutes just to get someone to answer then they want you to leave a message with a nurse then you never get a call back. They’ve scheduled my dad 3 times to come in on days when Dr. Chastain isn’t even there. If you’re sick and needing to see him they may can squeeze you in in 6 months.

Waited 1.5 hours after they take the co pay and never saw a the doctor. i told them I was leaving and they said they had some emergencies. I understand things happen however someone could have came by the exam room to let me know. From the looks of the reviews t this is normal for them. Save you time find another Dr. They never offered to return my co pay. I will be watching to see if they bill the insurance.

Dr. Chastain is an awesome Dr. and he is even wound care i changed primary care physicians to Dr. Chastain he took great care of my wound he listens and and lets you know plan of action and follows up .
