We switched to GSG a few months ago from another therapy provider and my daughter has made absolute leaps and bounds in her progress. She has met almost every single goal early and progressed to the next without hardly any push back. Mrs. Susan is absolutely phenomenal, and oh so patient with her in feeding therapy. Kara and Malissa work her hard in the best of ways and push her to her full potential. Andrea has us totally thinking outside the box in speech therapy and has given us new and exciting avenues to open up a line of communication for her. Courtney isn’t scared to push her and show her that the only limitations she has are within her own head. We are so very thankful for our team of phenomenal, hardworking people who truly care about the kids. Highly recommend all of them. Bravo, everyone.

Summary ; Uneducated staff. Just a bunch of teenagers telling adults how to be good parents. Not a safe space at all. Very uncomfortable experience. Anxiety inducing. A lot of dirty looks & whispering. Explanation ; I came here for advice to help cultivate my child not just because he is very advanced for his age but because I wanted real science backed advice on how to improve his overall well-being because it can be hard to handle emotions young. Instead all I received was dirty looks shared between the therapist & her coworker. The 2 seemed very young & uneducated. I’m not even sure they understand what it’s like to be a mother at all. They honestly seemed DISGUSTED by the fact that I didn’t put my kid in daycare….. Sorry your mother threw you at complete strangers when you were a baby but I care about my kids more than that. I tried to talk to his therapist about how I think my son is very intelligent for his age, he’s only 4 years old & uses big words like indigo, subsequently, juxtaposition, ect. He has been playing video games since he was 2. Drawing letters, reading words, & spelling words since he was 3… The therapist just dismissed it as “he’s just copying what he’s heard” as if most toddlers have the hand eye coordination to properly play a video game. But sure. As a fully grown adult in MENSA (high IQ society) I’ll let you in on a little secret… INTELLIGENCE IS LITERALLY REMEMBERING WHAT WE HAVE HEARD…. No one is just born knowing the square root of pie but SURE. We can pretend you know what you’re talking about. I need a more intelligent therapist apparently because I shouldn’t be more intelligent than the person I’m paying to learn from!!!!!!

I always thought get set grow was amazing they all seemed really nice until one day they just dropped my son like a hott potato..he still much needed speech but they just dropped him without teaching him how to use his AAC device and not giving him the much needed help .he will be 16 next month and we'll don't have much more time he can receive it .. everything I thought was going great went in one day and they was like this is your last day with not much to say why...as a parent of a severely autistic son this hurt my heart ...

My daughter, Ja’Niyah, has ALWAYS been in fear of anyone but her immediate family. This place has improved her ability to maintain interpersonal relationships like you wouldn’t believe! She has also struggled with food rejection. Each visit is better than the last. Pretty soon she will be eager to eat anything, I can tell! I am so proud of my baby and so grateful for Get Set Grow Therapies of Cleveland!

This place is amazing.. the people there are so nice amd caring. Mrs. Andrea is my sons feeding therapist and she is the best. Having a child with feeding issues can be very stressful, but Mrs.Andrea was always there to support us in everyway. She is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She is patient and all around great with her kids. The front desk people are always so nice amd always have a smile on their faces ready to help you with anything you need... Your child is in great hands coming here!
