Dr Herra is absolutely amazing. She does not rush the appointments and she actually listens. I called trying to get an appointment one day for severe neck pains but they couldn’t fit ,e in and suggested going to urgent care. The nurses followed up hours later and then several days later to see if I was going better. I have recommended her to several people looking for a new Dr

Very polite and professional.She gets to the bottom of the problem.She takes extra time with you and you never have to wait over 10 minutes which is what I love.Highly recommend.

I love her! She is very through and doesn't rush out the door. I only gave her a 4 star bc her nurse Mary I think her name is) is rude and is uneducated and tells me the polio vaccine has only been out for 3 years (its been out since 1955)when I told her I didn't want to get the covid vaccine until I know more about it.

I've had many doctors in my life but I must say Dr. Herra.surpasses them all. She actually listens to what you have to say instead of like most doctor's just following some sort outline of questions . I was her patient for several years and hated to see her leave the Chattanooga area.

Dr. Herra is my mother's PCP. She is great! My mother loves her. She is caring and takes time to discuss anything that is a concern. I highly recommend her as a PCP.
