Wonderful Doctor!

Great doctor.

We had problems with our old primary care physician, but since we started going to Dr. Farrukh there are no complaints. I wish we had been going to him all along, he is a very caring person that is concerned with our health and what he can do to make things better. He is very knowledgeable and has helped us in many ways. I had an issue that he recommended me to a specialist for, and Dr. Farrukh followed up with me to make sure I was getting the proper care. We are very happy we are his patients and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Doctor that cares.

No return calls after 2 days of messages and calls, but their bill was promptly filed. Do better. You wouldn't want your family treated this way.

Service great no complaints there but with no automatic doors for people with wheelchairs or walkers is a bit outdated. Strikes me as odd now that I think about it

I am a relatively new patient and have seen Dr. Farrukh 3x in the past year. The wait times for my appointments plus lab work and a DEXA bone density test were reasonable, about 5-20 minutes. I like Dr. Farrukh’s friendly manner and feel confident in his expertise in Internal Medicine. The office is well-run, his staff are polite and helpful, and everything is very clean and well-organized.

Dr. Farrukh goes above and beyond your everyday physician. Most could careless about their patients, only about lining their own pockets. To me doctors are no different than our lawyers and politicians. Dr. Farrukh has proven to be different. He has a warm, funny, light hearted personality that always brings sunshine. He listens, and works with you to get to the root cause, as well as encouraging you in ways that will help you live a more healthy lifestyle. He treats you with dignity. He spends quality time with his patients; always going through past history, test results, new and old medical issues. He is not afraid to switch things up in order to find what may work for you. He has never rushed through any appointment I have had scheduled with him. Due to my lack of respect for the 3 categories of careers listed above, this puts him as top notch in his field. 5 star rating from me.

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE...Hadn’t been seen since 2016 so my appointment could only be scheduled for 3 weeks out. Was told I had to fill out new patient paperwork but it was never sent to me. I confirmed the appointment the day before and was told I would need to come in early to fill out the paperwork. Then got a voicemail stating that I would need to print out and bring in the paperwork the following morning. I did that but was STILL told the appointment would have to be rescheduled for another day (all after taking Off from work to have the appointment that day). The office may be running sone kind of Medicare fraud scam because the only people in the office are 65 or older and they clearly are not interested in having younger patients. It’s beyond ridiculous to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, then call back and tell people to bring pages of paperwork, then cancel it anyway even when the paperwork is brought before 9am (and hours before the actual appointment time). Shady...

Dr. Farrukh is my primary care dr. He has a wonderful personality and when he is in the room with you, you are his sole focus. He is quick to correctly diagnose, or order tests when necessary to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Farrukh!

He has been my primary care physician for over 20 years! Dr Farrukh has alway done a excellent job caring for me and leading me in the right direction if problem was out of his field!
