NEW PATIENTS BEWARE...Hadn’t been seen since 2016 so my appointment could only be scheduled for 3 weeks out. Was told I had to fill out new patient paperwork but it was never sent to me. I confirmed the appointment the day before and was told I would need to come in early to fill out the paperwork. Then got a voicemail stating that I would need to print out and bring in the paperwork the following morning. I did that but was STILL told the appointment would have to be rescheduled for another day all after taking Off from work to have the appointment that day. The office may be running sone kind of Medicare fraud scam because the only people in the office are 65 or older and they clearly are not interested in having younger patients. It’s beyond ridiculous to schedule appointments confirm appointments then call back and tell people to bring pages of paperwork then cancel it anyway even when the paperwork is brought before 9am and hours before the actual appointment time. Dr. Farrukh is my primary care dr. He has a wonderful personality and when he is in the room with you, you are his sole focus. He is quick to correctly diagnose, or order tests when necessary to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Farrukh!
