In my opinion, Dr.Goyne and her staff are superior in their field. They get to know you on a professional personal level. I believe that is a natural trait that many professional environments lack. Not all, but most. I look forward to my appointments with them. Jaylene goes above and beyond her “job description”. My only complaint is that she doesn’t remember to give Christmas and birthday gifts.... 😁 If you have the opportunity to have them as health care providers - don’t look anywhere else.

Dr. Goyne does an excellent job and her staff does also. They go the extra mile to do what they can do to help you and to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them and I’m very appreciative of them!

She is only available on Tues/Thurs in Cleveland, TN, which poses a problem for her patients needing to call for assistance or needing to schedule an appointment with her.

Dr. Goyne has been instrumental in helping me regulate my medication for ADD and Clinical Depression. I love her and she also suggested and recommended a counselor for me to see for behavioral counseling. I followed her recommendation and sought help from her referral and I have been very, very pleased with the results I have seen in myself. Dr. Goyne is patient and a good listener and a true professional!!!!
