We recently moved to Cleveland. I spent 40 minutes on the phone to transfer my children to the Cleveland Pediatrics only tho learn that my asthmatic child could not get an appointment for 6 weeks. The website should read: too busy for new patients.

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! Took my 2 week old here and was outraged when I lifted my son from the patient table that he was just measured on to see someone’s else BLOOD! They didn’t clean off a previous patients blood and it was smeared on the table and the “sanitary” paper. They were very rude when my husband and I expressed our concern and wouldn’t look into seeing whose blood it was and whether or not that person had been vaccinated. They potentially exposed my 2 week old newborn to diseases that he isn’t even old enough to get shots for yet. I am absolutely disgusted and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially not a precious newborn. Horrible staff, rude doctors, and potentially dangerous environment. Wish I could rate 0 stars and go back and never have taken my son here.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a medical office. After waiting a month for my children's records to be sent there, I stopped in the office to see what the holdup was. I was notified that my children were too old to be seen there.
