List of Lawrence Swan's Reviews
Office staff can’t follow doctors orders on follow ups or referrals.
Dr. Swan is a great doctor 😷. I've been married for 22 years. He's been our doctor at least 17 years outta 22.
Likes to over prescribe opioids.
My mom husband and I have went to Dr.Swan many years. He has been a great support to us through many problems. He listens and asks what else is going on in your life as if he senses something is causing your health problem. He help me he through my mother in law Alzheimer's and my dad's cancer just by talking and listening to me.HE MAY NOT BE PERFECT BUT HE'S THE CLOSEST ONE I FOUND THAT REALLY CARES.HE IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR FAMILY.
Very busy office but always able to get appointment when need is urgent.. May have a short wait but I would expect that with a last minute appointment. Very caring and friendly staff. Dr. Swan takes his time to listen to me and provide treatment as appropriate. He also educates me on my condition, which I appreciate and have not found with many other practitioners.
I was being recommended by fellow co workers that this practice actually cared about their patients. Applied with high hopes as a new patient - After 2 weeks i received no response from their office. I call them today, I was denied with no reason listed. Couldn't have the decency to inform me of the denial so I can find someone else that can help me. Thanks Dr.Swan
A mix of well care and ability to get to see a doctor when sick is a rare combination in todays medical system along with a caring staff makes this the best place for health care
Most recent visit was a scheduled appointment: I left after being in the waiting room for an hour and a half, with no word from the staff on when I would be seen. No one made an attempt to speak with me about the wait time, even after I asked politely if they had forgotten me. I was told I had not been forgotten, and my chart was back there. Well, I waited another 30 minutes in the waiting room. Finally, I rescheduled, asking for a time when he could see me in a more timely fashion. I am appalled at the staff's lack of concern with folks waiting to be seen. I watched as several people who entered the office after my scheduled appointment time were called in to be seen ahead of me. No explanation or apologies were offered by the staff. I will be leaving this disorganized dysfunctional practice. I would not recommend this medical practice to anyone.
The staff is horrible. The wait time is unacceptable. Dr Swan doesnt seem to care enough to listen to your concerns. He is very egotistical. Find someone else
Dr. Swan was my Dr. 16 yrs. ago when my son was born. He was assigned to us as his pediatrition after he was born and became our family practitioner for many years. Due to insurance changes we were forced to move on. Dr. Swan does not like to take on new insurances in order to keep his patients, what did that tell me about him? Not a lot of loyalty there. He is a good M.D. and a very nice man but he has his strange ways. I wish he would consider conforming into the modern society and not be so old school. I need a new Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
