Dr. Tomczyk was my provider for years. After I made a complaint to the office manager, I was dismissed from the practice without any explanation. I was told I had to schedule an appointment to find out why I was dismissed. Curiosity killed me, so I did. She said I was overusing medical privileges. Really? Every single time she saw me, she treated me so explain that. I am very ill & have several medical conditions. I never missed appointments & was always on time.
