Absolutely disorganized, don’t get call back till days later. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby while everyone was no where to be seen. My son met with the doctor and he was using a gaming device. My son has been on medication since he was 7 and they have interrupted that with their disorganization. I was told to bring my son here so he could get the right treatment and All they have done is made it worse so my son pays the price.

I've struggled with this place being amazing and then garbage since I was 15, I'm now 20. I quit my medication cold turkey. I STILL haven't heard from Dr. Miller or my case manager since the week prior to me quitting. It's been three weeks 😂 American healthcare, am I right? What a joke.

If you HAVE insurance don't bother they will not help you. My teenage step-daughter desperately needs assessment and treatment but because she has insurance that is not Tenncare they will not treat her. I do think its great they help those who do not have insurance at all or on Tenncare, but I feel like those with other insurance should be accepted as well. Especially when seeking mental/behavioral health assistance.

Dr Ali is the worst. He does not care about the mental well being of his adolescent patients. See anyone else. ANYONE else.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I'm a struggling 21 year old with no insurance and little money to spare for any other type of help. I was approved for free therapy/medicine based on my annual income. I first came in and was greeted with such care and kindness by the receptionist and staff, even throughout the new patient assessment you could tell they cared and wanted to be thorough through all questions, not someone just reading the question and typing your answer in like a robot.
