No other doctor could help my adult child. He is irreplaceable! The best !

Dr. Lui sent me a letter saying he will no longer treat me bc I’m from out of town. I’ve been seeing him for over 2 years now. Regardless, I just moved to the area and called to let him know. He is refusing to see me for absolutely no reason and my medication is necessary so I don’t have seizures. This situation has caused so much stress. Please take my advice and don’t book an apt with this office.

I would not be here today without Dr. Liu. I’ve never had a better Doctor in my life. Doctor Liu is compassionate and understanding. He is friendly but professional. He treats you like you are a human being instead of a number. He employs a kind staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Liu is not only patient and kind, he can really get to the heart of the matter quickly, where other doctors have failed before. Thanks to Dr. Liu, I have been properly diagnosed for the first time in decades and am on the right path, treatment wise. He truly listens to his patients and works with them. I feel grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone in Cleveland looking for a truly brilliant and caring mental health clinician.

Many things in the medical industry, I am sure have disturbed many of you as well as me. The high cost of insurance, the inability to get insurance, the high cost of perscribtion drugs, i could go on and on about it. Well none of it has disgusted me like what I have dealt with From the office of Dr Liu Niansen PhD. I was told that there office is taking new patience but that I had to go through a review process to see if they could see me. I needed to fill out a paper and it could take up to a week to find out if they would see me. This paper had 3 sections 1. name, address, phone number, DOB, SS # section 2. insurance information section 3. What do you need to see the doctor for, with approximately four lines. Now what this doctor got out of this tiny bit of information on a person I don't know and what he needed to see to make you qualified to be a patient I don't know either. But this is what I wrote (i dont usually openly tell everybody my diagnoses but her I find it important. I am diagnosed bi polar, PTSD, anxiety disorder, i suffer from panic attacks, insomnia and ADD. I went on to explain how I just moved to Tennessee and have not been able to find a doctor and have been off my medication for three months. I left the office in tears and visually shaken. I was told that if I didn't here anything in a week to call them. Which I did exactly one week later. I was told my name was on the list but there were not any comments next to it. To give it a couple of days. I called back 3 days later and was told the same thing my names on the list but no comments. I then was told how sorry the receptionist was that these was happening could i please give her my info and she would give it to the doctor and would call me monday. I waited the whole next week and heard nothing from her or anyone in the office. Tomorrow it will be two weeks since the day i went into the office to feel this review form out. I was told today that they are very sorry but they will not be able to see me. And the receptions quickly told me she was sorry they give no more information as to why.

Dr. Liu is the best I have been to! He takes time with his patients and also listens. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for him. If one medication isn't working for you, he gives you one that works. His staff are very kind and friendly.
