I have known Dr. Boerema for many years and as a physician myself chose him for my primary doc based on my very high opinion of his abilities and personality. He is an excellent physician and an incredibly nice person.

Dr. Boerema is great. 100% awesome doctor. His office staff acts like patients are annoying them and keeping them from doing their work. They need a course in customer service and putting the patient first. I will continue to go because the Dr is great and the whole medical staff that Ive dealt with but just be prepared for some of the office staff to underwhelm you. Hoping this will improve over time but every member of my family was treated this way...as well as all my friends that Ive referred.

I consider Dr. Boerema the BEST doctor around He listens intently and addresses all of my concerns without a time limit. I have NEVER felt rushed and he will answer any questions I may have. I appreciate that he gives detailed information and is always very thorough. I also appreciate that when I take my 83yearold mother he will talk directly to her and shows much respect. She has dementia issues but he treats her with such kindness and respect. He has the best bedside manner and I wouldnt recommend any other doctor. His nurse and technicians all are very professional and great at their job as well.

First visit for a physical. I found Dr. Boerema to be professional positive an attentive listener and friendly. I took time to express my health priorities and expectations and he engaged to meet all expectations. Covid19 protocols were in place and all staff members seemed attentive to the protocols. All might be well served to speak a little louder than usual due to the masking.

This doctors office is very good and everyone has a great attitude. Mr Boerema has been my primary for little over a year and is fantastic.

It is rare to find a Dr. that will that the time to listen to you anymore. Dr. Boerema has always took time to listen to me on what I am feeling and talks to me about what is going on. I have found him to be very helpfull and seems to turly care.

This used to would be a 5 Star review. However the last several times I have tried to see MY doctor he doesn’t have the time and they place me with someone else. The office staff has become more and more rude and in accommodating which is a shame because I used to consider them the best in Cleveland. Between the doctor never being available to see you and the rudeness of the staff I suppose it is time to find a new doctor.
