I have been a patient since the early early 80's. Dr Smith and his staff have provided exceptional care for my parents and my family and children. Dr Smith was with us and prayed with my mother in the final days of her life. I will never forget the kind attention given to my mom and our family.

I would like to thank Dr Smith and his staff. I recently came in with a concern without an appointment just as they were getting ready to start their Christmas party. The staff insisted it was not a problem and that my needs were their priority. Dr Smith and his staff immediately brought me in, and did a thorough examination to ensure my issue was not an emergency and allay any anxiety I had, or could have with the weekend approaching. I am a new patient from another city and state, and I can assure you that I have never experienced or heard of this type of caring and attention being offered. I went to Dr. Smith with a persistent cough. He listened to my breathing for 10 seconds and diagnosed me with bronchitis. I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids. The cough persisted and I returned several other times and was given more steroids and antibiotics. This continued on until I decided to go to the ER to get an exray which Dr. Smith never thought to order. The results were given to me and they showed a mass on my lung. I returned to Dr Smiths and gave him the results. He did not seem to be concernedI finally ASKED for a referral to a pulmonologist which unfortunately took some time to get. In the interim I had breathing issues so I called Dr Smith who at that time was still my pcp. I was told the office would no longer see me since I had been referred out. So essentially this left me without a doctor for about a month. Finally my appointment with the pulmonologist came. He ordered a pet scan and I was told I had lung cancer a biopsy followed and it was determined it was stage three with metastasis into the lymph nodes. I am angry. If this doctor had taken the time to order an X-ray I might have been diagnosed earlier at a time the tumor may have been operable. The type of cancer I have is sclc which is almost always fatal. I feel like Dr smith has given me a death sentence. So no my review is not good .

I saw Dr Smith the son for a coughing issue that would not go away. He listened to my lungs for 10 seconds and diagnosed bronchitis. The condition persisted and he kept treating me with steroids and antibiotics this went on for months. I finally took MYSELF to er and they crated the lung and found a mass. I relayed this info to Dr Smith who seemed unconcerned. I had to ASK to get a referral to a pulmonologist who. Diagnosed me with stage 3 small cell lung cancer. I had to go through chemotherapy radiation almost died. Dr Smith was negligent . And the board of medicine says he's innocent. Had he just taken a simple exray in the beginning i might have been eligible for surgery but he didn't care cause he's all about the money I had to call his office after I was billed for tests I never had. He gave my healthy 23 year old an ekg for crying out loud. Beware this doctorat all costs.

worst practice ever. i went to this office for a lingering cough. Dr.Smith listened to my lungs for less than a minute and diagnosed me with bronchitis.He prescribed steroids and antibiotics. No X-ray no testing EVER. i returned to this office several times and was prescribed steroids and antibiotics again NO X-ray no tests. I finally took myself to the ER where I was x rayed. The results were they located a mass in my lung. I returned to Dr. Smiths office where I told him my results. He did not seem too concerned about the ER findings. I had toASK for a referral to a pulmonologist. Between the time I asked for a referral and the time I got it I had some breathing issues and called Dr Smiths office where I was promptly told me they would not see me because I was referred out. Upon going to the pulmonologist I was diagnosed with Lung CANCER. If I had been treated properly they may have found the cancer earlier and been able to operate, but their negligence resulted in my having a potentially fatal disease.

I see Chandler and I absolutely love him. He takes the time to understand and listen to his patients. I find that to be one of the best qualities in a Dr. or PA. I just moved to the area and this is the first clinic I have seen and I’m so glad I didn’t find anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice and Chandler!

This is the absolute worst office ever. They are always over 30 minutes late for every appointment I have taken my mother in law to, my husband or myself. We have amazing insurance and they require you to be seen in the office even after the hospital refers you out. They intentionally want to delay you from getting better it seems as they never have appointments available right away. No one wants to work with you they all expect you to work for them. When did medical care become about making the doctor feel good rather than fixing the patient. Your office should be ashamed of its self.
