Doctors are great, one of the office staff is nice. The rest are rude, offensive and hateful! I was sent to this office because I was getting a kidney transplant! This woman is absolutely mean!

Doctor Stetson is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His staff however, are not. Consistently bad experience whenever I call or interact with them.

When I met him he was nice enough. I was told he could help me transition off of Klonpin. When we discussed how to do this he told me I could start at 2 weeks on. Pill and a half . I was on 2 . If my body could tolerate 1 week on that dose then go to 2 halves. I chose to do the 2 weeks. I realized I might need part of a prescription to finish coming down. When I called and ask for a refill at a smaller dose he told me to find another doctor or check in to a rehab. I was confused and could not understand why it was a big deal. I was coming off it was just going to rake a couple of weeks longer. I had already went down on my dose again. I take part responsibility for not noticing that he had not written 1 to 2 weeks on my directions. When I called to discuss it with him he was out of the office that week and the told me to call back on Monday. This was Thursday. They did not have anyone else I could talk with.

The dr is ok but his office staff was absolutely horrible and his office manager is so rude and needs to find another line of work. She is rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I’m bipolar and they waited until the last minute to reschedule my appointment due to weather, mind you I was in my car in route to the office for the appointment when they called to cancel, and they rescheduled my appointment for another three weeks out, and they wouldn’t refill my medicine and I’m a bipolar and the office manager didn’t care. She told me that the weather wasn’t there problem and the fact I didn’t have any medicine left wasn’t their problem either. I found another doctor who was able to get in two days later and I never went back.

He hears, but does NOT LISTEN. I called his v/m as usual and asked him to send my prescription to a specific Rx. He sent it to the wrong Rx and the meds are on back order. I asked his staff to get a new Rx for the correct pharmacy and they were rude and uncaring. Issuing new Rx's is not against the law. It's is his own misguided policy. I left three messages. None were returned. Total lack of regard for patient needs. Here I am with NO meds. Incompetent QUACK. Need help? Don't call this man.

He is a great psychiatrist! Very understanding of human mind. Very kind .

Dr. Stetson love his carreer. He is very accurate with human mind. Am happy to be treated by this friendly and respectful dr. I feel I could be myself when I go to my dr. Appointment. Is a dr. I trust!

There is no doubt in my mind that my quality of life would be very poor without Dr. Stetson in my life. He is there for me every month, and returns my calls if I ever need him in between. A real gift to my life.

Dr. Stetson is knowledgeable in this field. He has been able to find the right medication to treat my depression. My depression has been stable over a year. Dr. Stetson answers questions and will give explanations. He is easy to talk to and seems to care how one feels. He is good on follow up appointments to make sure that all is going well with the medications. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Dr. Stetson.
