Great group of employees, compassionate, supportive and always trying to keep the residents involved in activities. Ashley and Tina are always coming up with new, creative, and fun stuff! This facility has gone above and beyond for my mother in law over the last several years. Any concerns are promptly addressed. The life enrichment team is a godsend. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

10/10 The care my loved one received was absolutely top-tier. She can be feisty and sassy, but the staff loved her anyway—and that meant everything to us. From the very beginning, every step of the way was handled with kindness, compassion, and professionalism during what was truly an unexpected nightmare. The team not only cared for her physically, but also comforted her and helped me navigate her care with patience and understanding. She especially appreciated the genuine, compassionate care from CNA Javen and Nurse Lecresia. Emily in admissions went above and beyond to help us, Darnell was so kind and reassuring with his follow-up calls, and Grace helped me thoughtfully navigate the end of our stay. I truly cannot express how pleased and grateful I am for our time here. No one ever wants their loved one to fall ill or be injured and require this level of care—but when it happens, I would choose Signature every single time. Thank you, from me and my Ethel. 💙

I have been a patient at Signature Healthcare of Cleveland, TN following 2 surgeries, hip replacement and knee replacement. My experience at this facility is/has been excellent. I am treated as if I am the only person that is to be cared for…such individual care is such a rare experience. Each associate is so sweet and kind and ready to take care of a person’s needs. For any future surgery that is needed this is where I want to have rehab. Not only do they provide rehab, there is, an Alzheimer’s Unit where the patient is treated like human beings and not a bother, plus there is a long term care…I have informed my children that if the time comes I need long term care that Signature Healthcare is where I want to be placed.

First , I must apologize for not doing a review sooner. My husband was at the facility this summer, and I must say the staff there was outstanding!! They were caring and genuinely focused about giving quality care to their patients. I felt they went above and beyond on a consistent basis. When you have longevity in your staff, that shows they love what they do and the patients reap the benefits. Karen was so instrumental in helping my husband's recovery. Shay an outstanding PT , was always patient, kind and knowledgeable. Javen, Terri, Gina,Chastity, to name just a few.were wonderful. His nurse who administered his medication and Karen's young helper , whose names have slipped my mind and I am heartily sorry , were always ready to listen to our needs and address them They never made you feel like you are bothering them. Always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Signature and would not hesitate to go there again if needed.

SINCE I HAVE BEEN AT SIGNATURE THERE HAVE BEEN ALOT OF CHANGES. LET’S START WITH THE STAFF. START WITH ABBY, SHE IS THE KINDNESS PERSON YOU WOULD WANT TO EVER KNOW. NO-MATTER WHAT YOU NEED TO TALK TO HER ABOUT, SHE IS WILLING TO LISTEN. SHE HAS THE HEART FOR HER POSITION. THEN THERE IS THE BUSINESS OFFICE, JOY IS DOING A SUPER JOB. THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR WHATEVER PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE. THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL OUR FINANCES AND ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH OUR STAY. SO FAR WE ARE ON A GREAT JOURNEY. THE THERE IS THE CASHIER AND INFO. DESK. SHE LET’S US NO ABOUT OUR MONEY. THE THERE IS ADMISSION’S. LISA IS DOIMG A FANTASTIC JOB. THE THERAPY DEPT IS ONE OF THE BEST. THEY MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET WHATEVER THERAPY YOU NEED. EVERYTHING FROM P.T., TO O.C., TO RESTORITIVE. THEN WE HAVE A CNA CLASS AND ARE PRODUCING SOME GREAT CNA’S. OUR CNA STAFF ARE DOING AN AWSOME JOB TAKING CARE OF THE RESIDENTS. I HAVE BEEN HERE 4 YEARS AND HAVE SOME OF THE SAME CNA’S I STARTED WITH. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY SERVICE. THE NURSES ARE THE BEST. THEY MAKE SURE WE GET OUR MEDS ON TIME. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY ARE RIGHT ON IT. ACTIVITIES DEPT. MAKES SURE THAT WE ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING TO DO. WE HAVE SOMETHING ON ALL HOLIDAYS. WE HAVE DEVOTIONS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH. WE HAVE DIFFERENT PREACHERS AND SINGERS HOLD SERVICES. I HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF HAVING DEVOTIONS AND PRAYING WITH RESIDENTS. WE HAVE CHURCH SERVICES EVERY MONTH. WE HAVE THE BEST SOCIAL SERVICES DEPT. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. OUR KITCHEN STAFF IS DOING A GREAT JOB PROVIDING MEALS TO THE RESIDENTS. THEY ALSO PREPARE FOOD FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. THEY ARE REALLY DOING A FANTASTIC JOB. THE MAINTENANCE DEPT. MAKES SURE THAT THINGS ARE WORKING THE BEST THEY CAN. OVERALL I WILL GIVE A BIG SHOUTOUT TO SIGNATURE. THANKS TO ABBY AND ALL HER STAFF.
