List of Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland's Reviews
Gale was the best labor and delivery nurse
The Doctors were good the whole staff were so professional. Now let’s talk about my room and food service. The room was so filthy I had 2 asthma attacks from the dust and the floors were so filthy my new house shoes look like I had been dry walling and my food trays were never taken out of the room they just keep stacking the old food on to of the other I had to go home for the sack of my respiratory health.
I came in for bariatric surgery on October 20th and I couldnt have asked for a better professional team. They were very caring and prompt to help me in any way they could to make me feel comfortable after surgery. Just to mention a few but there was others I just cant remember their names but a big thank you to Rhonda Tara and Beverly for taking good care of me and of course my surgeon Dr. Shannon Bierely and NP Diane Lewis. The whole second floor is one special team Thank you again.
the staff was very nice however the neurologist was condescending and not helpful. the wait time was to be expected but that part didn’t bother me. had the doctor cared about what actually brought me to the ER i would have left a better review. he talked over me and couldn’t care less about why i was there i felt like i was an inconvenience instead of a patient. the people that took my insurance information were more concerned about what brought me in than he was. everyone else on the staff was lovely.
As always LeAnn Love takes great care of me and gets me on the path to healing she recognized that I needed an IV antibiotics and sent me to the ER where I stayed from Thursday to Monday this was necessary and I am so very glad that LeAnn recognized my need for IV antibiotics I am blessed to have her as my primary care physician. I had an absolutely wonderful experience when I was admitted to the hospital and had a team of professionals providing great care during my stay. The nurses and techs were friendly as well as efficient. This was the first time for me being admitted to any hospital and I am so glad I chose Tennova. I want to give special mention to my favorite tech Haley who was always in a great mood and to my two favorite nurses Tonya and Beverly who are exceptional at what they do and very personable I am home on a oral antibiotic now thanks to the wonderful care I experienced and I am so very grateful to everyone who took such great care of me I feel blessed to have met these fantastic ladies
The maternity ward was amazing both times Ive been. The nurses definitely know what theyre doing in that area and will help you in every way they can. The food is still gross but its definition hospital food
Worst hospital I ever been to . Waited for 9 hrs in the er for my daughter to get seen just to fill out paperwork 9 hrs later and still not been seen. Daughter was holding towel coverEd in blood but yet they didnt care . 2 people.in waiting room for er and still sat there over 9 hrs for nothing. Ended up leaving went to park ridge and my daughter was getting stitches within first 5 mins of walking in door. Like I said tenova worst hospital ever

Youre lucky if you dont die here. They dont practice heathcare They practice sick care especially if you dont have insurance. They did such a bad job stiching up my boyfriends wound when they took the tube out of his lung that drained the fluid that it had so much bacteria it gave him sepsis and hes lucky to be alive.
Great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
