List of Tennova Healthcare's Reviews
Came here to get some help with a very sensitive issue....I can say, everyone I interacted with was so friendly and caring. I was very impressed with the level of care provided. Made an uncomfortable situation for me a bit more bearable. Thank you all
I have read the negative reviews and just can't agree with them. My wound healed completely without any infections due to their care. I was extremely impressed with the care they gave me and how they documented my healing rate. Doctors, nurses, and staff were tops as far as I am concerned and wait times were minimal for me. I visited the wound clinic for several months so, during 1/4 a year, I had terrific care! It was as good or better than Vanderbilt Hospital. Well done, Tennova Hyperbaric & Wound Treatment Center. Kudos for you!!!!(P.S. I am in no way connected with any staff or Tennova Hospital; just a grateful, former patient.)
DO NOT let your MD send you here. Dr Chastain barely speaks to you and I think I heard he is no longer there, thank God. They double billed the insurance for the same service and now I have a mesa that has not been resolved. My wound never got better, the Dr saw me for 5 minutes each time, which I timed.I am a nurse and I double checked my wound and they kept saying it was improving when it wasn't.
They are very friendly, but very inconsiderate of their patients time. They consistently over book patients and you can expect to be there 2hrs with only 20min spent on patient care.only

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
