List of Timothy Viser's Reviews
I went to Dr. Viser due to new onset on tinnitus. Dr. Viser was thorough and took a little time to explain my options. However, I will not go back to him because of his office staff. They were rude and made it obvious they care nothing about their patients. I do not fault the doctor for his medical professionalism, but I do doubt his hiring decisions in regards to support staff.
Dr Viser was wonderful taking care of my father. I would recommend Cleveland Head and Neck to anyone!
Because of his reputation I feel confident recommending Dr. Viser. Also, the appointment scheduling experience today was friendly, helpful and clearly communicated the results.
Approximately two weeks ago our little girl, who is now twenty five years old (can that be possible?), had a tonsillectomy. Dr. Viser performed the procedure at the outpatient Surgery Center in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Viser, Dr. Scot Mizell and Vicki did such an excellent job. Everything went perfectly. The center was clean, the staff were so kind and more importantly our daughter had very minimal post surgical issues. She is doing splendidly. Our family wants to say a big THANK YOU to them all!
Dr. Viser is an awesome doctor. When he was unable to see me immediately he had his staff call and check on me. Another time my blood pressure was a little high at my visit he had his nurse call me before I even made it home. He wanted me to have my b/p rechecked by my PCP. I will continue to see Dr Viser as long as he's around.
He was a very nice doctor. I believe I should not have been referred to him in the first place, I believe I should have seen an endocrinologist instead. My primary care doctor found a nodule on my thyroid. He did not make me feel good about it at all. I am the type of person that don't like when doctors brush things off like they are no big deal and he did. To me and my family it is a big deal. We know it isn't suppose to be there. And he let us leave the office with just... "well, we will keep an eye on it." To me I wasn't comfortable with that, he said more than likely it isn't cancer, but he doesn't know for sure. So, I am not okay with just sitting on this waiting to see if it is cancer. And he didn't make me feel good about it. He also got his back up and offensive when my mother and I mentioned to him we wanted to get a second opinion. And that bothered me too. If he told me it was cancer and he needed to remove my thyroid we would still probably get a second opinion. He was a very nice guy, I just feel like I should have seen an end, so I have made an apt myself with an endocrinologist and hope to feel better coming out of my next apt.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
