2nd time speaking with her. #1 she did her homework on me before entering my hospital room. She knew my history which made it much easier to talk to her. #2 Her personality is one that comes from understanding and love. #3 She listens and not only listens but let's you talk and actually hears what your saying. #4 I feel like..she listened to me, she knows a lot about my history which certainly makes it easier if/when I have to come back to hospital. Thank you

Totally incompetent staff. Rude. About the only thing they know how to do is take money.

I have no complaints regarding Brenda or any one else (doctors or staff)!

I must brag on NP Jennifer. She is amazing. She digs until she figures out what the heck is going on. She never brushes you off. I’ve been dealing with heart issues for years. I got bad case of Covid beginning of the year which made my health so much worse over the past several months. She has really helped find me the best medicine, best specialists that I need. My whole family see her now. She is over worked but always greets you with a smile. Thanks Jennifer for all you do for my family.

Friendly and attentive staff once you finally make it back to be seen. As far as time management and appointments go office needs a serious overhaul.

I love the Dr's ! Even the staff, lab technicians they're all great! If YOU CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT..Every time I called in the past year I would be ask to hold, sure, I understand, life is very busy at a Dr. Office, BUT, to be put on hold for 20 min or langer!? Having to hang up and call back only to be put on hold again...and this is the hassle of just trying to make an appointment! It's to bad, I really like my Dr. Please consider hiring more staff Dr Gilbert. I'm going to find a new pcp.

I understand they’re busy, but every time I call they make you wait at least ten mins , unless is for payment, ridiculous.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time hanging out with Breck and Jennifer. They've always made timely referrals and are great quarterbacks for your healthcare team. The nurses have always been kind as well and the nurse that collects blood is top notch! So much skill with the needle! Thank you guys

I’m new in the area and found the best doctors office and doctors as well.. The staff are awesome, nice and friendly..They really care❤️❤️ I would recommend Kaful Family Practice to all my friends and family!!

I recently started going here, I have seen multiple practitioners and they are all very thorough. Everyone that works here is very friendly. They have an onsight lab, so it makes it very convenient to get your lab work done. The only issue I have had is that I seem to be forgotten after I am put into an exam room. On multiple occasions I have waited over an hour, before finally walking to the front to see if someone is going to come back to see me. They are always very apologetic but it does become very frustrating sometimes. After it has happened 3 or 4 times you start to wonder if you just aren't important. Other than this small issue I highly recommend this office. It is the first doctors office that has ever shown me my chart and have gone over everything in it. Also I had been dealing with the same medical issue for awhile and everything I saw a new doctor they wanted to start from the very beginning which wasn't getting me any closer to finding out what was wrong with me. I explained this to them and told them what I already knew wasn't the issue, they were reat about it. I explained the situation to them and so we didn't have to start from scratch again. It was really nice having a doctors office really listen to me finally.
