Performed a procedure incorrectly and well outside of normal expectations failed to inform me of extent of injury he caused to the patient during the procedure leading to an ER visit and significant pain and other issues for the ensuing two weeks. His nurse practitioner admitted that it was an absolute error on his part that was outside the normal boundaries of a medical mistake. His office and himself were rude and used technicalities to deny any error on their part. Visit at your own risk. He should not have a license.

Dr. Buchner and his staff are friendly knowledgeable and caring. Other doctors rudely rush you through their office without listening to your concerns or fully discussing treatment. Dr. Buchner does not do this and is honestly the best doctor that I have ever been to. He patiently takes the time to listen and discuss your best course of treatment. Yes it takes a little longer but it is worth it to receive the best medical care. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Buchner and his staff. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

I have been going to this office for many years now and have had a few procedures done. The staff is very friendly. Dr. B and his NP Shelia are always nice to me and answer all of my questions. Ive never had a long wait there either usually in and out in less than an hour.

I have had no problems with Dr. B. He is kind and caring and he takes all the time needed to address my questions. For this reason I dont mind the wait time.

Dr. Buckner is arrogant rude disrespectful and dismissive. He acts as though he is above speaking to me. After learning an unexpected issue following my procedure I tried to ask him a question and he told me that he had other patients. He lacks compassion and good bedside manner. Horrible

My feeding tube has been out for almost a month.. I need surgery to put it in and I cant get help.. I have begged for it.. my balloon is empty and I am literally starving.. wish they would listen to me.. Well took me coming in feb to get my tube changed.. I had to force the hand but surgeon says my track needs to be checked and the dr says i dont have one..smh.. This is ridiculous..why gove feeding tubes to people of they dont know what they r doing.
