Dr. Buchner is rude and arrogant. After my procedure, he told me some unexpected news and when I tried to ask him a question regarding this unexpected and somewhat alarming news, he abruptly interrupted me saying he had other patients and walked out.

Dr. Buchner and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Other doctors rudely rush you through their office without listening to your concerns or fully discussing treatment. Dr. Buchner does not do this and is honestly the best doctor that I have ever been to. He patiently takes the time to listen and discuss your best course of treatment. Yes, it takes a little longer, but it is worth it to receive the best medical care. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Buchner and his staff. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I have been going to this office for many years now and have had a few procedures done. The staff is very friendly. Dr. B and his NP Shelia are always nice to me and answer all of my questions. I've never had a long wait there either, usually in and out in less than an hour.

My feeding tube has been out for almost a month.. I need surgery to put it in and I can't get help.. I have begged for it.. my balloon is empty and I am literally starving.. wish they would listen to me.. Well took me coming in feb to get my tube changed.. I had to force the hand but surgeon says my track needs to be checked and the dr says i dont have one..smh.. This is ridiculous..why gove feeding tubes to people of they dont know what they r doing.

I have had no problems with Dr. B. He is kind and caring, and he takes all the time needed to address my questions. For this reason, I don't mind the wait time.

Cant really review Dr Buchner since i only see him maybe 2 min before and after my colonoscopy but I can review the office staff and the P.A. very uncaring unprofessional and if I never have to deal with them again I wont All i needed was a note to go back to work and i had to go through the whole spill of why i needed it through 2 receptionists the Drs nurse and then the P.A. only to be told they only give notes for the day of the procedure not the 5 days that you cant lift things
