My husband and i both see Dr Matt and love the care he provides. He always asks about my family by name. Overall great doctor. The whole staff is always super friendly.

The Lady that answers the phone is very rude I’ve called several times to get a appointment and is very short and rude to you shouldn’t be that way she acts like your a burden don’t treat people like that very unprofessional patients help pay your salary

These people don’t care about other people. All they care about is clocking in and collecting a paycheck. Oh and also the office is supposed to close at 5 but they quit their job at 4:30 and refuse to answer phone calls after 4:30, just FYI. So if you have want to schedule an appointment, make sure to do it before they quit at 4:30!

The staff at Cherokee Health Clinton is so friendly! They care about all of their patients. I see Dr. Gent, he is great at his job and listens to my concerns every time. I had wrote a long paper about my current health concerns, so I wouldn’t forget by the time of my appointment. He read all of it and went over a plan with me. I appreciated that so so much. If you are looking for a caring PCP, Cherokee Health is the best! Thank you to all of the staff at Cherokee Health for taking great care of me!

Not satified with any of the services. Take months to get referrals. You comstantly have to be on them or do the work for them.

OMG is the worst place in the world to be a patient ! They don’t listen, there’s no doctor there ever! All they can do medicine wise is antibiotics and blood pressure meds. They take forever to refer to refer patients to quack doctors that look down on those of with Bluecare/ Tenncare! It should be Tenncare Less honestly. Places like Cherokee Health drive up insurance costs by billing for premium treatment while not doing anything for the patient! Would rate -5 stars if I could! They have flip phones that don’t receive texts, just amazing how shoddy they are, especially the Clinton location!!! Don’t go there if you value your health and well-being please!!!

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that Cherokee health will not provide documentation for the services they provide or fill out and the necessary forms required by disability!

Great staff. Was greeted with a smile from the girl up front. The provider was great. Took his time explaining what was wrong with me. Wish I would have went sooner.
