My husband and I are pleased to have a doctor who is easy to talk to and has always made us feel valued. He's smart and trustworthy. Dr. Hagenson answers every question and respects our opinions. We rarely get sick but we know he's the best option for us when we need help. He even worked me in one day without an appointment and tested me for Covid and Type A Flu from my car window. Twenty minutes later he called me back with results and instructions. He's the best!

Dr. Hagenson is the kind of doctor who converses with you as though you were a friend of his and not like a doctor in an ivory tower. But additionally, he is a very good diagnostician and even the nurses in the McNeeley Family Practice say he is the best - and they know better than anyone. My 8-year-old grandson loves him, too, as he is able to speak to children on their level and gain their trust. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Hagenson is both friendly and professional. In my experience, he has taken time to answer my questions and to ask questions to help in diagnosing my complaints. He answers in layman’s terms that are understandable.

Dr. Hagenson is my little sister’s PCP, and he has always been absolutely wonderful with her! My sister is disabled, and extra time is needed to make sure that she understands everything and is understood. Dr. Hagenson always makes her feel welcome, takes his time during our visit, answers all our questions and addresses all our concerns. We trust him completely, and can’t recommend him highly enough.

I saw a Dr at this practice for years and he had to retire this year. I was very hesitant in switching to a new Dr. especially looking for someone for my newborn. I decided to start seeing Dr. Hagenson and he has been wonderful! He’s sooooo good with my kids and always takes the time to really explain to me what’s wrong or even what isn’t! I’m so thankful he sees my family. I would highly recommend him for not just adults but children too.
