I've not had experience with actually being seen here but I was excited after seeing melodys interview on the website and wanted to start going there to see her..i called for an appointment and was treated like a bother. I never felt so unwanted by a doctors office I dont have insurance but I was going to pay to be seen. I won't ever try there again.
I had an excellent experience at summit medical today with my daughter. They worked us in on short notice and the nurse practitioner April Freeman was very thorough. Definitely the best exam and care we have ever had. Great job! I even made an appointment for myself to become a new patient.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been going to this medical center for quite some time now and today I witnessed the receptionists give this young lady a really hard time, she was a really sweet girl she greeted me and my wife in the parking lot and even asked if we needed any help. I wish there was something I could do for her but they refused her services and when the young lady was leaving out the receptionist watched and laughed. Pure hatred in disguise, I won’t be back there Happy holidays
Wonderful people and very thoughtful would recommend them to anyone looking for a dr😊❤️
This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced. My husband was very sick and needed to be seen. The staff was rude and told him they may work him in but when he went to the office they said he could not wait to be seen, and needed to leave or they would call the police. He was barely able to walk and was told they would not see him at all after waiting for a few minutes in the office. Due to the pain he didn't want to drive home and back there. He has a known illness and this was his primary care doctor (although he had never seen the actual doctor only nurse practitioners). Today, he received a certified letter stating they would not see him as a patient at any summit facility except if an emergency within next 30 days. He had an emergency, Clinton location would not see him, that is what started it. It is more than ridiculous to say you are a patient care representative and treat someone that was clearly ill like this. And when in the parking lot, trying to get directions to a real doctor, the police showed up. The police were very nice and could tell he was hurting and was only trying to get directions to a real doctor. We have been a patient at Summit in Knoxville for years. I haven't received a call back from Summit main office, I had voiced a complaint that day.
Absolutely! I have been going there several years now wouldn't consider anywhere else
Tend see or treat people when they come in for emergency treatment, Somehow I fell going to see the Tennessee Cloggers the last time they were in Clinton,. I skinned and scared my left wrist right knee and leg, also bruised my right hip and leg. After Debra Debra D F Manning got back from going bout 20 miles on or to 1110 New Henderson Rd to get my credit card and medicare ID, she took me to the Karns drug store and got me some bandages to cover my wounds with. bruised this 22Apeil2020

The staff here is so helpful, low wait times, quick referrals, and they get you scheduled to see a provider in a reasonable amount of time!! Happy we switched to this provider
Amazing! They have went above and beyond any expectations! I am so grateful for everything they have done. Kristen Webb is so friendly, easy to talk to and so responsive. Emily in Referrals has bent over backwards taking care of me, listening and working with my preferences. I can't thank both Kristen and Emily enough for what they have done for me!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
