Noone likes going to the dr I dont think.. But having friendly voices and dancing eyes behind the masks sure takes the jitters away. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone in this facility. I never sit and wait long periods for someone to get me from tbe waiting room area. Once in the treatment area they greet you and get things underway none of that chatting and patients just on standby.. Nope I respect the way everyone works together and how passionate they are about giving the upmost proficient healthcare but in a warm and caring manner. Im thankful for caring healthcare providers. Their jobs are so busy and stressful  I appreciate the effort to comfort me and help me in my wellness journey.

The best hospital I have been to in area I have had surgery there twice. The nursing staff is extraordinary kind and professional.   Kudos to Nurse Amber in the surgical ward who truly cares about her patients.  Thanks for all you do to make us well again.

I was treated very poorly and unethical by Dr. Watson during my hospital stay. I heard her conversations about me and my health status outside of the door. Dr. Watson is poorly educated. She was speaking with me aggressively and as if I was incoherent. I pretended as if I did not notice. It was in my best interest not to say one word or even acknowledge her behavior at least until I was discharged. She was aggressive and had extremely bad bedside manners. It was like she was not in fact a Doctor at all the way I was treated and how she conducted herself. This hospital did nothing to protect me from random staff members. Different staff members came inside my room solely because they had learned of my health status and were curious to see my face. Im laying in bed looking right at them and there were many that came inside my room. I also heard everything they were saying about me as well. I did absolutely nothing because the damage was already done and I was already being treated poorly by Dr. Watson and it was her fault because she did not do anything to protect me or this hospital. If I knew I would be treated this poorly I absolutely would not have checked in at Baptist Collierville. I will have to carry this nightmare with me for the rest of my life. This hospital should do better at protecting patients privacy or just in general. I was treated as if I was part of a circus and people were coming to see. I will almost guarantee this would not be acceptable in the state of California or some place other than Memphis.

Good doctors. Administration should be ashamed of how they run and security guards could use a few lessons in being polite.

Went in today with an infected foot a severely infected middle toe epididymitis.  Dr. Syngh came in barely looked at the foot did not even lift the sheet to inspect the genitals informs me that I need to make an appointment to see my orthopedic surgeon and walks out.  The nurses were speechless and apparently something was said to him because the nurses were desperately trying to keep me in the bed Dr Syngh came back in and prescribed an iv booster and some scripts.  But would not go there with a splinter in the future.  There was a reason the waiting room was empty..

My daughter had an outpt surgery twice.The staff was excellent. My daughter was so well cared for. That helped me relax because I knew she was in good hands.Thank You BHC for 2 great experiences

Baptist Hospital Collierville Wow the most beautiful professionally managed Hospital I have ever visited. My appointment was for ultrasounds. When I walked through the doors I was met with a Good Morning and a smile. The nurse walked me through the process of admissions. Once all that paperwork was done I only sat for a few minutes before I was called back for ultrasounds. Again another Good Morning and a smile. I felt that my medical care was important to everyone.  So yes five stars with no hesitation. I hope to come here for all of my medical needs.  Excellent to the Hospital Administrators management and the entire hospital staff. God bless.   MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Horrible wait time  doctor was EXTREMELY  rude and refused to treat my peripheral dema or pain.  He told me to follow up with a specialist.  Im still in shock  Dr. Singh was his name.  Awful

I am 60 so have had tons of mammograms. Jaimie who performs the mammograms at this facility is GREAT at her job. She is efficient through and less painful than most. I had the 2D and 3D. All the Baptist facilities have the same equipment so it boils down to the technician nurse and she is the best
