I would avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Labrador is an amazing doctor, however, the nurses are terrible. They do not care about you at all. I have been on ADHD medicine since i was ten years old and ever since i switched doctors, i have NEVER gotten my prescription on time, they NEVER answer their phones, and when you finally do get a hold of them they are rude and show no interest in your problems

This is the most inept group I have ever seen. I went to the Cordova office yesterday and they never sent my meds to the pharmacy and I can't get in touch with anyone to get those sent in.

It's 2022.. we should be able to schedule at a family physician office without being over 45 minutes to an hour late. This is disrespectful. If something came up, call your clients and let them know. It's not 1980 anymore. Why do we let medical practices off the hook like we wouldn't in any other situation?

Dr. Wallace has the most inept nurse ever & rudest. I stopped going to him because of that. My adult daughter is still going to him & he has been making mistakes. He is only allowed 15 min for a complete physical. He ran out without answering all of her questions. She went to the one care site. She pressed follow up questions & typed in the two questions he never heard. The nurse wrote back that to get answers she would have to make another appointment. She made a new appt. It lasted for 5 min & cost over 500. !!! Suppose to refer her to another Dr & still hasnt responded. It has been over a month! No word from his nurse that he talks through. He needs to get a new nurse, staff & stop accepting new patients. Then maybe he will retain the loyal patients he does have. HORRIBLE!

This place really deserves zero stars. Please do NOT go here. Especially for a serious health concern. This is by far one of the most lazy unconcerned group of providers I have ever seen in my life. I compared my experience with some of my friends and their doctor experiences and they were truly shocked at the lack of concern this clinic is. I’ve been calling for two days straight trying to get somebody to speak with me about my test results because they are back in my chart and they’re very alarming. A lot of my bloodwork coincides with cancer, not to mention my long list of daily symptoms I suffer from. Should I not get a callback for this? I mean literally isn’t this worth looking into? They told me it’s not “that” alarming so basically my doctor will just get back to me whenever she has some leisure time. Like what??? It’s pretty DARN ALARMING ACTUALLY. Then they use the excuse of being short staffed but they’ve done this to me before about a year ago and I just let it go last time because my blood work was not as alarming as it is now. This is a long-term problem you guys just take peoples co-pay and their insurance money run up some tests to make more money then don’t even care to find a solution or talk with your patients. Worst customer service ever.

I swear it truly doesn’t get worse than this place. I’ve tried to be so patient. Please just please NEVER go here. It took almost 2 weeks and 3 calls for them to schedule a mammogram or ultrasound for me and I drove 40 minutes to my appointment only to find out they don’t accept my insurance. BAPTIST FAMILY JOKE PHYSICIANS AT COLLIERVILLE put that I have Cigna insurance and United healthcare (I’ve never even had Cigna LOL) both which were incorrect. They literally referred me to somewhere that doesn’t even accept my insurance and they were sooo apologetic for YOUR mistake. You’ve wasted my time and gas. And now I’m on a ridiculously long hold to fix an issue that shouldn’t have even happened because God forbid something is wrong with me, it’ll just keep getting more and more delayed because of this place.

After making an appointment and verifying that they take our insurance, we drove 45 minutes for nothing. The practice decided after making the appointment that they didn't accept our insurance (Cigna) and didn't bother to call back to cancel. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Office manager was asked for and they refused. Front desk girl (blonde, mid-20s) was very rude.

I just love it. Dr. Wallace is the best. The nurses are great so sweet. All employees so very nice.

My visit started off great. Staff was very friendly and professional and the wait to be seen was minimal. Dr Venagas was a different story. From the second he came into the room he had an attitude and was extremely rude. I was uncomfortable enough that I walked out of the exam room and the office and will not return.

I had my physical done here on Wednesday, and I am so impressed by the staff and Dr. Wallace. Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Wallace listened to my every concern and answered all of my questions. I am so thankful that a friend of mine recommended BMG- Collierville and Dr. Wallace.
