Respectfully leaving this review... I am new to the area and heard great things about Dr Lynn so I called to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was so snotty rude and snappy like calling was an inconvenience, but I ignored and went ahead with it. I had to call back the next day to re-schedule that appointment to due to an emergency with my mother, and was again met with an attitude about WHY I had to re-schedule, I apologized and said I hated to do it because I never re-schedule... so fast forward about a week and I receive a BILL in the mail for $30 due to a "No Show" appointment... Ok... but I re-scheduled that appt for weeks out and WHY are you billing me!!! I feel like I am being scammed and this is very poor business practice... I am not paying a $30 No Show fee so you can send it to every collections agency in the country and I'll still never pay it!!! It's been weeks now and I've gotten another bill which they have doubled now for $60... really unbelievable... It's all about taking as much $ as you can from people... I would NOT recommend this Gyn.

Been taking care of me for over 22 years.

I had been with Dr. Lynn for years. I even followed her to her new practice. When I informed her of an abnormality on my breast she said it was probably nothing. I was recommended for a follow up visit for a mammogram but never received the recommendation to go. I now have breast cancer.

In the beginning, Dr. Lynn’s old nurse (who is now retired) helped me with a miscarriage and subsequent issue that made me have to change doctors as a result. But after her nurse retired, I kept seeing Dr. Lynn for my routine annual care and it just went downhill. She failed to mention what I now believe in retrospect were important physical signs of a diagnosis she never attempted to make. I now have stage 4 cancer. That being said, I would definitely think twice about this place. Also, the newer nurse, Michelle, who replaced the wonderful nurse who retired, is the rudest, most snarky nurse I have ever encountered.

Dr. Lynn has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very thorough and doesn't get in a hurry. I am very happy to have found her.

I used to see Dr. Pilgrim in the same building as Dr. Lynn so when she retired last year I transferred records to Dr. Lynn upon multiple recommendations. I called to make my yearly appointment over 2 months ahead of time and then the day before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment as I had not received a confirmation notice. I was told yes I was on the schedule to see Dr. Lynn. When I arrived for my appointment I was checked in and not until the nurse was taking vital signs was I told I was seeing the nurse practitioner and not Dr. Lynn. Never at any time when I transferred my records, made my appointment, or called to confirm was I told that Dr. Lynn does not see new patients and I would have to see the nurse practitioner- this policy was NEVER communicated to me. The office manager Carla was one of the most rude, uncaring, unkind, unfriendly people I have ever dealt with. There was no understanding and Carla treated me as an annoyance and just asked if I wanted my records transferred. She did not even introduce herself on the phone and would not tell me her name until I directly asked. Every bit of her tone and words communicated that she did not care at all about my concern and wanted to be done with me.

This woman literally saved my life. I cannot even express how grateful I am to her. I went to so many OBGYN doctors for years and got misdiagnosed by every last one of them until I found Dr. Lynn.

I was hurting extremely bad after passing a jagged kidney stone. It injured my urethra. She is the only one who helped me out of 10 doctors. Thank you for what you do! I don't know what I would have done without you! 💙💙💙

Great dr and staff that does work at a reasonable price

Dr. Lynn is a wonder OBGYN. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She makes you feel like a long time friend and takes the time to explain things very throughly to make sure you are comfortable and understand. She performed major surgery on me and did a great job. I also found that she has a great reputation not only with her patients, but also with all of the local hospital staff! Just all around a great physician!
