I brought my son into the walk-in clinic for the first time and was blown-away by the customer service. Check-in and registration was a breeze with the majority completed on my phone while waiting. It was a very user-friendly system. I brought a book to read but didn't even get a page completed before we were called back. X-rays were immediate and Dr. Kelly popped into the room after about 2 minutes of being seated. He immediately connected with my 9 year-old son and got a smile out of him, despite some unaccustomed pain in his arm. Dr. Kelly pulled up the digital X-ray results swiftly, confirmed pain points, and then showed us the issue(s) on the X-ray. Really eased our concerns and my son brightened up. The staff got an arm sling and next thing I know we're at checkout. We're self-pay and I was impressed with the front desk and checkout's handle on the amount I owed prior the visit and then how it actually lowered after the visit (dropped $10). Highly recommend!

Dr. Kelly was so patient and kind with my stubborn almost 2 year old. He was able to give me reassurance and a quick diagnosis to know that my son would be okay, along with giving a protocol if we noticed anything worsen.
