I was a new patient seen by her in Jan 2020. I was there for an Acne Cyst & wanted a Steroid Injection into the Cyst. Wagner refused to give the shot even though my cyst had clearly healed, & would have been fine to receive the injection. I know it was healed because the skin was scabbed over the cyst. I wasted a $50 deductible for only a 10min examination. I didn’t receive the injection, which was the main reason I was there. & Her & her Nurse didn’t tell me until the END of the visit that their pharmacy is in Jackson TN & I would have to wait until 1-2 business days to receive my prescriptions via Mail. I went there on a Friday & Force to wait until Monday evening to receive my much needed medicines on my doorstep. After she said it would take about 1month to work. I live in Memphis TN & would not have made an appointment there if I had known all these obstacles exist. She was very impersonal, quick, lacking compassion. The shot clearly should have been administered.
