Charged 3 grand for a cat scan on my knee after a serious injury. That should be illegal. Couple weeks later at a different hospital they only charged $1100 for a cat scan AND AN MRI on my knee.

This is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL hospital Ive ever been in not just inside but the entire campus is extraordinary. The waterfall is extremely calming and peaceful.. I had an outpatient radiologic appointment today and the employees I first came in contact with from the screener to Pam were terribly friendly caring yet professional. All of the nurses techs and doctors they were all cheerful and pleasant. This experience makes me want to drive the extra distance next time I need hospital care. I easily give ☆☆☆☆☆ 😀

Website said 25 minute wait yet I just left after waiting 4 hours and 5 minutes without even being seen. I couldn’t bear to be in a sitting position any longer they didn’t care at all so I left. Don’t worry I will not be back. I understand the site is approximate wait time but 25 minutes and 4 hours are a big discrepancy. I left in more pain than I came

Thank you to the ER staff last night for getting my mother seen quickly and providing excellent care. I was very nervous about leaving her side because I know how bias the healthcare system can be to African American patients but I waited in the waiting room until the nurse took her back to be seen. I am happy to know that she was worked up very quickly with a CT scan labs and received appropriate pain medication and was able to be diagnosed very quickly. Thank you for all you do

I will never use the ER again. The young triage nurse red hair was very rude and unprofessional not the first time. She told me you will not get a room at all Dr will see you in the lobby and basically I was seen in a side storage area.

I needed stitches on a late Sunday night and as much as everyone advised against going to an ER in the midst of the Covid crisis I had a pretty bad cut. I anticipated a long wait full ER and a late night out I went to the Collierville ER and was checked in immediately taken straight to triage then to a room. I was out the door with stitches in 112 hours. They were very friendly fast efficient caring and I never came into contact with anyone other than medical staff. It’s never a good reason to have to go to an ER but a great staff makes what is already bad experience a little easier to get through Also it should be noted that their entire team were all amazing women Girl Power Thank you

I was concerned about the possibility of a blood clot in my leg so went to the ER late Saturday afternoon to have it checked out. Arrived around 330 pm the waiting room was full but they were doing their best to triage prioritize so I knew there would obviously be people called before me thats how it works. Everyone from the front desk to nurses doctor were very kind from the moment I entered the facility to the time of discharge. Triage noted that I was running a fever of 100.2 F so there was concern. Ultrasound determined no blood clots thankfully they checked both legs to be thorough doctor ordered chest xray comprehensive blood panel swabs to check for strep flu Covid. My chest xray looked great but surprisingly to us all I tested positive for COVID the other bloodwork supported that I had active infection. I appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Fritzsche his team that evening in checking everything as I might have otherwise made my husband andor other loved ones sick. Im high risk for complications as well so in catching this early hopefully prescribed medications infusion therapy will give me a better chance of less complications a good outcome. Ive had excellent prior experiences with sleep studies performed in past as well Dr. Robert Schriner is one of the best sleep specialists youll find in this area so nothing but good things to say about my personal experiences with this hospital facility their staff.

I wanted to give them 0 stars...but it wouldnt allow me. Majority of the ICU nursing staff amazing the lung pulmonary MD in ICU amazing is an undstatement...the attending MD heart MD and the rest...horrible. if you want your family improperly cared for go here.
