Dr. William Mihalko is an excellent orthopedic physician who specializes in the knee. About 10 years ago he did a partial replacement of my right knee. I could walk pain free for the first time in 48 years! Over the years he has continued to monitor my knee, as well as connecting me with other Campbell Clinic physicians as needed. He’s much more than just a physician. He takes a personal interest in his patients and his care demonstrates this commitment. After surgery once, he called me from overseas where he has gone to give a presentation, just because he thought of me and wanted to be sure everything was going with our plan. Dr. Mihalko isn’t just an excellent physician and surgeon, he’s a wonderfully nice person. Dr.Toy had introduced me, and I couldn’t be happier to have two fine physicians taking care of me. You won’t go wrong with Dr.William Mihalko or Dr. Toy. In fact, I have a very talented and caring team at Campbell Clinic and am very thankful for each of them. Update 8/22/2023 I should also say I TRUST Dr. Mihalko. If I have a hard ortho choice to make I often get an appointment with him as I know he won’t steer me wrong. His advise to me is what he’d give a close family member. Last week he saw my husband through the walk in clinic. Driving home he commented ‘now I know why you really like Dr. Mihalko, he tells it to you straight.’ He’s also a very patient gentleman. I know I can probably try his patience if I have an ortho problem that is persistent, but he never gets cross. He’s an excellent physician and a very good and kind human being.
