While I have enjoyed having Dr Gupta providing me with every ability to see better, I have never enjoyed his rude and unprofessional Staff. I stopped going to an otherwise awesome eye Dr. because of his staff.

I signed up as a new patient to be seen for a Veterans Eye Exam. They scheduled the appointment and took my $50 copay. I waited an hour and a half past my appt time and when Dr Gupta came in, he gave me a quick eye exam (10 mins) and stated he does not do Veterans forms. He then explained that I did not have several of the items I was already diagnosed with from previous in depth tests. He then stated, he would fill out the forms but charge me $25 to do so. I will never go back there again. I wasted $75 plus what my Insurance will pay.

Physician was very last getting to me; I am a Veteran who made an appointment for a 2nd opinion and Dr Gupta in 10 minutes dismissed all of my in depth tests from previous physicians; he stated that he does not do Veterans forms, but charged me an additional $25 to do the form and $50 for a copay for nothing. I would not recommend this physician to anyone

Great Staff and Great Doctor

Dr Gupta is great. I have never been able to see as well as I do now. The only situation I had was that I changed insurance and while my insurance company stated that I pay a $30.00 co-pay, even after explaining that to the staff, they still insisted that I pay $100. So today I get my statement from my health care provider and it again says I pay a $30. co-pay. I will call the office in the morning to see how long it takes to get my $70.00 back.

Office staff are RUDE!

His office manager is rude and dishonest. She steals from him and he doesn't know. She lies constantly and is nasty, smart, and rude to his patients. The office environment is nasty and unclean. Early morning visits with the doctor is uncomfortable being he doesn't smell fresh. They turn patients away that has no copay and referrals. They over charge the patients and then also bill the Insurance company. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to make appointments for this office.
