Staff on Hatcher Lane VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The receptionist I never knew, or seen in my life apparently knew who I was because a person from my past and decided it was ok to speak to me about it and ask me about it. A few times i told her my hands were shaking and the topic gives me anxiety. You don't know me, we are not friends, it is NOT professional to ask about it. ESPECIALLY when your behind a desk and people in the lobby. Fast forward to the "nurse" taking me to the room. NO ONE SAID FOR A CONSULTATION I NEEDED TO TAKE MY POLISH OFF. if you don't deal with that daily, how would I know. Well the nurse huffed and she puffed AND made a "disgust" sound as she left the room. ??????? CONSIDER WHERE YOU'RE GOING when you sign up here.
This place is a complete rip off. I took my 12 year old in for an ingrown toenail and at the beginning of the appointment was told it would be around $250 after insurance and signed a paper to that effect. We go back and the doctor removed his ingrown and when we left I was told the amount was double what I was quoted at the beginning of the appointment. I don’t see how since they knew we were there for an ingrown toenail but nevertheless I said I would pay half that day since another parent is responsible for the other half and was not aware of the price increase. I had also been told we needed a special ointment to put on his toe and that I could buy it at the front desk when we checked out. I asked to add the $25 ointment to my total and they refused and said that they would only allow me to buy it if I paid my bill in full. I had to spend $500 to get a $25 ointment for my kid’s toe to heal properly… How does that make sense? I would have just ordered it off Amazon but it wouldn’t arrive in time for him to use it when he needed it and local stores did not carry the ointment OTC. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and we go for the follow up and they try to charge us another $150 for the doc to send 15 seconds looking at the toe and saying it was good to go. My husband threw a fit and they ended up saying the follow up appointment was no cost. I am completely disappointed and feel robbed by this establishment. We will never go to this podiatrist again.
Dr. Jackson has taken care of my ingrown toenail with care and professionalism. He also gently cares for my mom's toenails, (in-home, since she's in Hospice.)
It's a very perfeshinall and friendly environment where you're special needs well be taken care of.
Super nice staff.. Dr Jackson explained everything well and my feet haven't felt this good in years.
Every doctor's office should be as friendly as Neuhaus!
Friendly and gave good treatment.
The staff and the Doctor are all so very nice and helpful. The care is unmatched. Thank you Dr. Jackson!!
Everyone was so so friendly. Even when I first called to set up an appointment. I don't think I have ever been treated by such a friendly staff. Dr. Jackson was amazing. He was very polite, listened, and gave advice. I had an ingrown toenail removed. He was very fast, and it was painless. I am doing great now! I would highly recommend him.
Wow. The process was amazing and quick, the doctor and staff were very friendly and answered all questions, had a whole toe nail removed and didn't feel a thing! Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
