They read my MRI and billed it as experimental to my insurance so now EVERYTHING but their bill was paid. I called BCBS they said they did not pay due to how the office coded it. I called billing and tried to explain it must have been coded wrong because how can reading a mamo MRI be experimental but no other part of the testing is. The woman was very rude. I felt i was a big imposition to her. Told me no one codes them there and they werent going to change the 1cd910 coding.
