Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

I enrolled in their Suicide Prevention Program, had a phone appointment and they never actually called. Prior to that I called them in a crisis and they never bothered to call me back. This place is a joke that doesn't take mental health seriously. Avoid at all costs!

I had to call to see if I had a provider lined up with Centerstone. The lady I spoke with in Open access was terrible. First she said I didn't have a patient file, Then I didn't have a provider, as well as no therapist. Then it changed to my provider is still working there when she is no longer in practice. That I had to be there on the 9th or I wouldn't get my medications.I called the Primary Location, If it wasn't for "Kevanie" I would have been in bad shape. She saved the day, she also agreed that's not quite how it works. 5 Star for Centerstone of Columbia, I can't even rate the Operator in open access, she was condescending and told me I hand't a clue on how anything works. Centerstone Home Location gave me a high five for letting them know.Thank you Kevanie for outstanding service.Please Centerstone,Figure out how to train and manage open access better. I have 0 interest in using it if that is how it works, if I can only make my appointments that way going forward it's too stressful to be told that I don't exist in the system.Get rid of it.

They didn't offer the help I needed don't waste your time at this place

I see Mary Daniels & I love her. She is very sweet, she listens to me talk regardless of what it pertains to. I had to leave my previous doctors office due to insurance change and I was so nervous because I put a lot of my past into him and I didn’t know if someone else would be able to just take over and understand me. Mary Daniels did! It only took a few visits and I feel like she deeply understands me and my past. I recommend her, highly.

My dr doesn’t understand me. You have to tell your doctor you want to change doctors. That’s awfully awkward!! This needs to be changed !!

Has the potential to be a great helpful Center If the correct communication is carried out.

Rude. You need to fire the smart a**es at the front desk and hire people who know how to do their simple job. They have no clue what they're doing and have their heads so far up their a**es that they have no business talking to any human being.

The women at the front desk are incredibly rude.

You are a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY!The ladies at the front desk need to realize where they're working. Sometimes people who are mentally ill get distressed when they've gone weeks without medicine that they are LEGALLY supposed to be on.Of course I'm going to be irritate, but I was never rude.There's a reason I'm on medication and cannot be without it.The excuse I got was "they have to deal with so much and people yelling at them"And? Several of my relatives work in places dealing with mentally ill people who not only "yell" at them, but throw things, threaten and everything else. They still manage to be nice to those people because they know that those people are MENTALLY ILL.You really need to hire new receptionists, the rest of your employees are very nice people.

Daughter had 9:40am appt. Got there 9:45am and was told by front desk that she was 5 minutes late and needed to reschedule as the 10am appointment was now with counselor. WHAT?! WHY?! Had no idea she was only booked for a 20 minute appointment that would have cost $50. Why did they take 10am so early and why didn't they offer her the 10am persons spot? I would expect a therapy appointment to last 45-60 minutes, especially it being the second time with therapist, who prescribed meds 30 days prior. She was in/out of there so fast, she was home by 10am. Now, finding it impossible to find email to contact someone at that location (near Maury hospital). The "older" woman at the front desk was extremely rude with attitude when telling my 17 year old she couldn't get in. Seems that there is a MAJOR issue with the front desk people........ Although, the one that sits at the far right has always been friendly. I think some new front desk people are needed or you have training to do.
