Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

I enrolled in their Suicide Prevention Program had a phone appointment and they never actually called. Prior to that I called them in a crisis and they never bothered to call me back. This place is a joke that doesnt take mental health seriously. Avoid at all costs

I had to call to see if I had a provider lined up with Centerstone. The lady I spoke with in Open access was terrible. First she said I didnt have a patient file Then I didnt have a provider as well as no therapist. Then it changed to my provider is still working there when she is no longer in practice. That I had to be there on the 9th or I wouldnt get my medications.I called the Primary Location If it wasnt for Kevanie I would have been in bad shape. She saved the day she also agreed thats not quite how it works. 5 Star for Centerstone of Columbia I cant even rate the Operator in open access she was condescending and told me I handt a clue on how anything works. Centerstone Home Location gave me a high five for letting them know.Thank you Kevanie for outstanding service.Please CenterstoneFigure out how to train and manage open access better. I have 0 interest in using it if that is how it works if I can only make my appointments that way going forward its too stressful to be told that I dont exist in the system.Get rid of it.

My dr doesn’t understand me. You have to tell your doctor you want to change doctors. That’s awfully awkward This needs to be changed

I see Mary Daniels I love her. She is very sweet she listens to me talk regardless of what it pertains to. I had to leave my previous doctors office due to insurance change and I was so nervous because I put a lot of my past into him and I didn’t know if someone else would be able to just take over and understand me. Mary Daniels did It only took a few visits and I feel like she deeply understands me and my past. I recommend her highly.

Has the potential to be a great helpful Center If the correct communication is carried out.

Counselor didnt listen to the problem and insisted on trial and error meds.

Receptionists are rude and so is one of the nurses The doctors don’t seem to care either.Honestly the worst facility to get help at. You’ll wish you never walked in.

Ive been trying for a week to get an appointment and I keep getting sent to a voicemail. I ha e left several messages and no one has called me back .It would be nice to be treated like someone cared. Its a good thing that I am not in a crisis situation

You are a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITYThe ladies at the front desk need to realize where theyre working. Sometimes people who are mentally ill get distressed when theyve gone weeks without medicine that they are LEGALLY supposed to be on.Of course Im going to be irritate but I was never rude.Theres a reason Im on medication and cannot be without it.The excuse I got was they have to deal with so much and people yelling at themAnd? Several of my relatives work in places dealing with mentally ill people who not only yell at them but throw things threaten and everything else. They still manage to be nice to those people because they know that those people are MENTALLY ILL.You really need to hire new receptionists the rest of your employees are very nice people.
