We absolutely love Dr. Moss. He has went above and beyond for my husband. And we are very thankful for him. He is such a nice guy, very patient, listens, explains, and answers any questions you may have. The staff is just as wonderful. Thank you Dr. Moss!

I attended at appointment time and was seen by Dr. Moss within a very expected time, probably no more than 10 min. He is a very friendly Dr. and he checked and released me and gave me very good conditions with no need for a recall and no charge other than what my insurance paid. I was very pleased and will definitely request using him again if needed.

Dr Moss was my surgeon for Colon Resection and also Port placement. Very informative regarding the surgery. Listened to my concerns. Answered all my questions and very caring during the entire process. I am thankful for a surgeon like Dr Moss and highly recommend him.

He is absolutely amazing. So nice and tender. He listens to you and slowly does not let you go long before u have to have surgery. I had to have my gallbladder removed due to gallstones I went to the appointment and two days later was my surgery. He is amazing and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone.

Pre-procedure visit and exam. Dr. Moss was professional, efficient and kind as he asked questions about family history and the current problem. He then clearly explained the process for the upcoming procedure and follow-up visit.

No concept of communication with the patient. Blatant disregard to contact us when he went to “emergency surgery” to notify us about this and to reschedule. Had to drive 40 minutes in icy conditions only to call them to let them know that we were 10 minutes behind because of road conditions and they never said one word about it. Checked in on arrival, took our $ and got called in to exam room. Then they informed us that we needed to reschedule & offered a refund! There’s so many things wrong with this that I still can’t comprehend. The amount of lost wages and travel expenses is great enough, but the emotional stress generated by them exceeds all the money we lost. I can not express how much I would like for them to call me and listen to what they have caused.
