The front desk workers are unpleasant, no eye contact, and no direction. They will ignore you until you speak to them. Once we are called and go to the back its a different environment, everyone is welcoming and work together nicely with lots of patience with the kids. I appreciate the play area and cartoons playing.

My daughter chipped her molar and they got us in the same day. They explained everything going on with her tooth . And the dentist was very helpful. The front desk ladies are very nice and do their job well. The other staff members do their jobs well and are friendly. We have been coming to Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry for a few years and have not had a negative expierance only positive. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter. ~

I have been taking my son here since he was old enough to grow teeth and they have been amazing since day one! They are great at making kids feel safe and welcome. Would recommend 1,000x over. Found out he would need oral surgery and they talked me through what was going on with his X-ray's and gave me great recommendations for the specialist in my area.

Wait times are longer than the appointment itself. Everyone there is pretty nice & dentist was nice made things conformable.

My 6 yr old daughter had to get a crown and filling done today! The dentist she saw was absolutely amazing as well as the dental assistants. She was nervous and they calmed her nerves, asked her what movie on Disney plus she wanted to watch and would highly recommend them.
