From the ladies that check my son in to the dental assistants and the orthodontist, they are always so kind and upbeat. They take the time to answer all of my questions and handle all of my concerns. I highly recommend them.

I felt like they really listened to everything we had to say & understood us! They let me know my child’s teeth were great & we were doing a great job . They actually got us in the day after I called for a new child visit! This is the best place I’ve ever taken my children for dental work!

We were in and out quickly. We got there close to 2:30 p.m. and was out at 3 p.m. and that was all 3 kids getting cleanings plus having time to speak to dentist about concerns. Great experience. (:

3 stars for being failed by office processes. The overall experience with our son’s sedated dental procedure was great. The dental assistants and Dentist was great. I spoke in detail with the office manager. We were misquoted what our out of pocket cost would be a week prior to the procedure. On the day of the appointment, I was told I would have to pay over $300 more than originally quoted. Totaling close to $700 out of pocket. It is a new year and deductibles were re-set, all of that is understandable. Where we were failed: 1. When we called a week prior to the procedure to confirm out of pocket costs, the staff member did not check to see if our insurance was ran in the new year to take into account for renewed deductibles. 2. The office manager stated our insurance wasn’t ran until the day before the procedure. If that was the case, no one called to confirm that we were okay with an additional $300 cost added onto an already expensive out of pocket cost. 3. There was no sympathy to the fact that we were caught by surprise at 8 am to additional unexpected costs when already had to wait 4-5 months for this special appointment and if we were unable to pay they wouldn’t have another availability until August, meaning we would have had to wait another 4-5 months. My hope with this review is that the office manager and owners evaluate their processes so that future families are not hit with large unexpected costs the day of, for essential procedures where they feel like they have to pay or their child won’t get the services needed.

Everything went smoothly. The dentist tech was knowledgeable and kind as well as patient with my 5 year old son. Dentist was awesome and was also patient with my son. Which I appreciate so very much because he is scared to go to the dentist.

The wait was a bit long, but the waiting room has fun toys for my son. Everyone was very welcoming and nice and made my son feel at ease for his first dentist appointment. I would recommend this Dentistry.

We have been going to Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry in Columbia, TN for years now, & we absolutely adore everyone there! They are always so polite and friendly. I have never worried about my kids care with them. They get you back super fast. The dentist & Orthodontics sides are very thorough, and answer every question with detailed information. They make sure you understand, and sure to let you know what you can do to make things easier at home to make sure my children have healthy teeth and gums. I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with anything. They have always been amazing and we will continue to go there until my kids age out!

Front desk unfriendly. Wait time was 45 in the waiting room.
