One of the worst providers I have ever met. He treated me in the ER and essentially told me he looked at old records for my back and found no issue but then called in an antibiotic for UTI? But never mentioned any infection.. I explained the last time I had this much back pain was when my spleen was enlarged and I was diagnosed with leukemia. I just don’t run to the ER. He should have ordered an MRI to see what was causing so much pain. It could be many things like kidney stones but if I have to make a trip back in a few days because he was unwilling to investigate then I’ll thank him for his empathy and skill set. I get providers and people too and they have many patients to care for however they do not see themselves as we do.. he was so aloof and clearly doesn’t care if you aren’t bleeding out.
